Introduction
Life has taught me to be flexible, passionate, and positive.  I'm a photographer that strives to balance all three.  I'm using this site to share information about Art, Photography, Printing, and Life. I own very little and live a simple life, trying to make a living doing what I love.  If you have something to share, I'd like to see or read it.

I have to say that I am long time customer of Vans I have been wearing the shoes for at least 30 years, have had every type of shoe and almost every style and I am a bit disappointed with the custom shoes. The shipping took way to long to get and the shoes were a size to small even though it said the right size. I tried and break them in a bit and couldn't stand it. I tried to reach out to customer service to see what maybe the problem was and talked to an on-line web person and they told me that they run small and that I wore them to long for a return. I never asked them for a return and just was trying to figure out what could be the problem. After some run around I tried to email someone a customer service and received a reply about a week later, way to long to be honest. CS told me that that wasn't true that the customs run small and that they couldn't return them because I wore them to long. Again I wasn't asking to return, I know that I wore them and I just wanted some answers and or let someone know so that they might look into what the problem could be. I honestly thought maybe I would get a coupon or something like that. They did say that next time I should order 2 pairs then return the other one that didn't fit. That is really not what I thought the answer should be. The sizes should be the same no matter what shoe you have, the customs are to short and skinny on my feet. Very disappointed and will never order customs again. First of all the customs are not made in the same palce as there other shoes. I just expected more for a company that I have been a long time customer. I would think twice if you order a custom shoe from them.
