I just found your channel yesterday! and i've already done 5 of your wokrouts yesterday and today. i love them! im wanting to tone up, and try and loose 20 pounds by may. im going to be in two weedings! and then it'll be summer! so im really wanting to tone up and loose some weight, do u have any tips that could help me loose at least 5 pounds a month, for the next 4 months? im wanting to know if there are any good cardio routines i can do in my home??
