I love using yellow summer squash and creating a pasta-like fauxasta dish. ;). Use a veggie peeler and make long strands, then saute in a pan with some olive oil, loads of garlic and top with sea salt and your favorite home made tomato sauce or pesto sauce! Enjoy!
