So, my daughter ashley went for about 8 years without a haircut. Yes, her hair was down to her butt. When I finally decided to chop it all off and donate it, I went to a woman I know to do it. She was the only one who cut my hair for the last 4 years. but she has retire and left. A girl who works with me recommended sweet and sassy. Called sweet and sassy and was super happy to get an appointment the next day. Drove out to Southlake on Saturday, and amazingly DIDN'T GET LOST which usually happens. the hair cut was great stylist ( salone)

Had a princess party for 14 girls. Was a fun time all around. Girls liked Princess Ceremony, Dancing, and Dressing-up. Staff was very helpful and our girls really liked having their hair, makeup, and nails done. Princess Gowns and Ceremony were probably the favorites. On the downside, was a little loud. Also, not many places for parents to sit. Checkout also took 5 minutes. On the upside, was the best party any of my three girls have had. Lots of energy, lots of fun, lots of hugs. My daughter said she wanted to come back next year. Overall a great experience, but not perfect as little loud and crowded.

Took my daughter as a birthday gift. She got her haircut, mani and pedi. The stylist she had was LAZY!!!!!!!!!!! She did a botch job on her haircut! It is shorter on one side than the other. She refused to listen to me about my concerns over her hair or nails. When it came to her nails, my daughter bumped some of her nails. She just painted over the bumps so my daughter had "mountains" in her nail polish. I do not recommend this place!!!! Way to much $$$ for the crappy services received!!

My 6 yr old daughter received a gift for her and one friend to have a glam makeover. The girst certificate was through Groupon. We got there a about 10 minutes early. They didn't take the girls back until 10 minutes after the appointment time. There was one working trying to do both the firls nails when another working comes over and rushes my daughters friend through the manicure. The one worker who was painint my daughters nails said I am sorry she rushed through that. I replied with I guess she is just trying to get out of work (it was 20 minutes before their closing time). She said that isn't OK. I said I agree. After the grils got there make over and picture we ended up waiting 15 minutes to check out. Then I handed them the groupon coupon and they said that can't use that becuase there wasn't a bar code on it. So I enede up paying $58.00 for about 15 minutes for 2 girls. It wasn't a pleasureable experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We live nearby and have taken our almost 6 year old daughter to Sweet and Sassy, Southlake many, many times over the past 3 years. We have had her birthday party there, she got her ears pierced there and she goes for haircuts and spa treatments regularly. We have had a great experience every time and definitely recommend Sweet and Sassy to anyone looking for a fun place for their young daughter! The staff has also been very friendly and professional, always. Thomas & Sharon Michael

We went for a birthday party for a friend. My daughter had so much fun. They need more room. It was hard to get around in there.

Wow, after reading the previous reviews I'm not surprised by our experience. Had been here a few times intermittently for special occasions for our daughter. However, this last visit my daughter walked out with charred burnt hair. Sadly, she had to attend her birthday party like this. Smelled like barbie hair. There were two stylists who worked on her, one a manager. The first stylist who was told to just put some curl into in (she has naturally curly baby fine blonde hair that isn't long) sprayed it with the silver can of hard hold hairspray then HELD the curling iron on it. It smoked and no, it wasn't all product burning off. The second lady redid her hair and burned it more. When she arrived at her party and I took my first glance and whiff... I knew they had burned her hair. We called and went back into the store, but very reluctant to do so. We met a non incompetent stylist, probably the only one in the whole room, who conditioned it and noticed pieces of hair were missing. Likely the big glob I found on her carseat when she was driven to her party. They charged us for burning her hair, but refunded. Gave us some products and a trim. How nice of them! When I followed up with the general manager, she was combative and rude. She basically said it's my daughters fault that her hair burned. Reporting that her hair had been dry and in need of a trim. FUNNY, the stylist(s) didn't say one word about that. Could it be it was DRY AND IN NEED OF A TRIM since they BURNED IT hours prior? Just can't believe how Tammy the GM spoke to us. Basically put the blame back on us. Threw getting free product in our faces. We would much rather have her old hair back than 50 bucks worth of product, which we can purchase ourselves and have no issue doing so since money is not the issue here. Just very disappointed in the salon personnel who don't use good judgement. If you ask any stylist, you don't do that to fine baby hair b/c it's so easily damaged. THey should know this as they specialize in children's hair. However, please do not call them on it, b/c they have a whole list of reasons why it will eventually be your fault. For now, this hair will take years to grow out. Her pretty natural ringlets look fried all thanks to a bunch of incompetent stylist and their incredibly rude management. Aside from the one stylist there who completely sympathized with us. Overall horrible experience and we will not be back. Felt an obligation to leave a review stating our experience.

I went in to get my sons hair cut. I arrived at 10:05 am. I had no appointment, however there was no one in the store. I was told they could not do a haircut until noon because they had an appointment coming in. Once again there was not one customer in the store. I have a little boy whose hair wold have taken about 10 minutes to cut. The stylist was sitting in a chair waiting for the customer to arrive. Not a good use of their time. They let money walk out the door and very poor customer service. I stayed and shopped for a bit before I left. The appointment had still not arrived when I left. Once again they could have easily cut my sons hair before the appt arrived.
