Really cool new feature for +Google+. I may not be the target market but I can really see where it could be very useful for many people.

Introducing Google+ Collections, a new way to group your posts by topic

Our happiest Google+ users are those who connect with others around shared interests and passions. So we set out to give people a place to express the things they love. Today, we’re announcing Google+ Collections, a new way to group your posts by topic.

Every collection is a focused set of posts on a particular topic, providing an easy way for you to organize all the things you’re into. Each collection can be shared publicly, privately, or with a custom set of people. Once you create your first collection, your profile will display a new tab where other people can find and follow your collections.

Posts in collections you follow will appear in your Home stream, with a link to easily jump right into the collection so you can get to similar content from that author. Collections give you a great way to find more of the stuff you love from the people you follow.

Collections is available on Android and the web, and iOS is coming later. For Android users, make sure to update your Google+ app to get access to Collections.

For inspiration on interesting topics, check out our Featured Collections page here: g.co/collections

Create your collections today and share what you love.

It was a fun Derby weekend in the highlands again this year. The highlight of the weekend was Sherby festival on Sherwood Ave though. Nothing against the Derby but I'm not into crowds that large.

Nice.. I hope it fixes the overzealous app killing I'm getting right now. Just posting this killed my podcasting app, that's annoying as hell.
While the Moto X 2013 is already slated to receive the update, users with older versions of the phone must wait until a working version can be released for those devices.

Now that is cool! I can see this being a really useful tool.

Every minute after you clock out of the office counts. Next time you run errands after work, push directions from your computer to your Android phone and have them ready in hand as you head out the door.

It definitely wasn't so polished before, it took more clicks both on the desktop and the phone.
Now worked almost all the time, but even when it didn't the searched location from desktop would be in my recent searches on mobile map too.
The streamlined interface is good though.

I'm still waiting for them to let you map multiple destinations on a route and have it calculate the most efficient route.

We've been going here for discount movies for years. It is clean and well maintained for a discount theater. It also gets some smaller distribution films in addition to 2nd run films.

While I appreciate the history of Mike Linning's and realize it is a great local hangout I just can not get past the excess of fried food. If you like fried fish this place be great for you. I'm just not a big fan. I also do not like how you can not substitute any items, the way it is listed is the way you will get it. They do have car shows, live bands and other cool events throughout the summer though. They also have a great beer garden to hang out in as well.

Great park with lots to do. I really like how they repurposed this old train bridge to a walking path and surrounding park. The bridge will have a great view of downtown once the bridges are built but even with lots construction equipment in the way it is still a really cool view. It is crowded though so be really to deal with lots of people around the park.

Nice local breakfast/lunch spot. The service was OK but the food was very good so I would recommend it again.

A classic staple of fried fish in the Louisville area. Not the best food in the world but if you like fried fish it is good. The view is the real benefit here though, they have a great view of the river. This particular location has live bands on a stage near the river on many weekends through the summer. I like how the stage is close to the restaurant but far enough away that if you do not want to listen to the band or want to have a conversation you still can either inside or even some of the outside locations.

Very good local restaurant with a great view. I liked the view better than the foo though. The food was good and well prepared but I feel it was overpriced for what I received. It was good but just too much. I really think you are paying for the view more than anything though so keep that in mind.

I loved this little gem some much I went here for lunch twice in four days. I had the salad both days and loved it. I like a nice, fresh, simple salad and theirs is excellent. I like their use of nuts and other unique toppings.
