"Mom, you know soon they will have to change the national anthem," he stated emphatically.

"You know, Mom, that part that says, 'the land of the free.' That's not true anymore."
My seven-year-old son stated emphatically, "Mom, you know soon they will have to change the national anthem. You know, Mom, that part that says, 'the land of the free.' That's not true anymore."

For the past several decades, the scope of what constitutes protected and permissible speech has been narrowing. Views that were commonplace in 2008 are regarded as beyond the pale now. Evidently, the only way to get back into good graces is to publicly recant your position.

"Homosexual activists apparently never intended to abide by the "live-and-let-live" toleration they pretended to support while campaigning for same-sex marriage. Their goal is a new social order where their sexual lifestyle is affirmed and promoted as normal and healthy and anyone who doubts it is considered unhealthy. Furthermore, their goal seems to be marginalization to the level of KKK bigots anyone who dares question or dissent from the new moral equation."
The virulent spirit of the lynch mob has been unleashed in American society. Brendan Eich, the CEO of Mozilla, was forced to resign last week from the company he helped found. What was his crime? In 2008, he gave a $1,000 donation in support of California's ban on same-sex marriage. Homosexual activists apparently never intended to abide by the "live-and-let-live" toleration they pretended to support while campaigning for same-sex marriage.

Great doctors, nurses, and staff. Unlike way too many other medical facilities, these people care. Yes, they are often busy, but they do their best.

My wife had just finished a procedure at nearby Moffitt Cancer Center when our battery failed to start our Dodge Grand Caravan. After a jump start we had to decide where to take it. Having had good experience with a Goodyear shop in our home town of Melbourne (on the opposite side of Florida), and after reading the reviews here, we chose McGee; it was also convenient to get to from our hotel. They checked out everything and determined it was just the battery, not the cables or anything else. I also asked them to do an oil change. They told me the water pump was beginning to seep, but that it should get us back home, which it did. Everyone there was pleasant on that early Saturday morning, and the job was done quickly. I'm very thankful for McGee.

The staff was very pleasant, and the rooms were clean. I wasn't a big fan of the bed pillows, which looked like a mixture of double-bed and throw pillows; on a king-size bed, it made for poor support. The room we were in was also quite narrow, with the desk and a roll-away table underneath it right next to the bed. We were staying there while my wife was undergoing tests at Moffitt Cancer Center, so the extra stress involved wasn't pleasant.

Great staff and service. Brittany, Raven, and all the others made us feel right at home while we were over there for tests at Moffitt. The one problem we had was that I suspect one of their items didn't agree with me at all, but the manager didn't seem too concerned.
