I am at heart a computer geek. My first computer was a TRS-80 in 1980. The first thing I learned was how to animate characters on the screen. I have always been interested in creating art, but specifically movies.
I have several dozens of certificates and certifications after 20+ years of computer support and IT. I threw them all away a couple years ago and went back to school thinking I should focus on getting some sort of business degree. I did not know what I could do or what I would be able to afford so I got my Associates degree. My last two elective classes I was introduced to cinematography I know a lot of people go into photography and think they are going to be the next big thing, but still photos just didn't do it for me.
I got behind a camera and started making some experimental film, and I got the bug. After my Associates degree I found an Film and Directing school which I enrolled in. I was on my way to getting my Bachelors in Science for Directing and Producing. I have loved every minute and every class. I think I am more drawn to the CGI and VFX aspect but I also really enjoy screen writing, directing and producing. Heck, I love it all, and I want to do it all.
I am very comfortable working in the Adobe Master Production suite and I love After Effects. I also am okay in Maya and 3DMax. I can use Final Cut with my eyes closed but I prefer Premiere. I am not musically talented but I find myself working in Pro Tools for hours at a time, usually for post production sound effects.
-I am a husband, father of two wonderful children, and a full-time student. I am in the process of getting my Bachelors of Science in the field of Digital Film and Video Production at the Art Institutes International of Minnesota.
I plan a future of Producing and Directing to continue my happiness.
Things I like to talk about, educate myself, and imagine endlessly.

I have been told I that I am friendly, creative, and smart. I love to meet new people, but sometimes I am overwhelmed by my socially awkward self, so I challenge myself to overcome and share with others.
