My absolute favorite place for Chicago-style deep dish pizza. There is something magical about their sauce - it tastes so great! Yeah, it takes a while to make - that's the nature of deep-dish pizza, so plan for at least an hour wait! Some folks have complained about the service being rude. That has not been my experience at all. They have been super-nice to me and my family. Ally is a peach! On one occasion they gave me someone else's pizza by mistake and called me at home before we had opened the box. They sent a driver out right away to exchange the pizza. It was great for me - maybe the other guy was a little upset.

Do NOT order green peppers on your pizza. You will receive a blend of yellow, orange, red and green peppers. It is more than likely a prepackaged mix from a distributor, b/c when you ask they tell you it's a "proprietary blend and you can't get JUST green peppers." When ordering, you should be told b/c not everyone orders green peppers expecting every other pepper known to mankind. I will never be ordering again. Oh yea ...they offered me a discount on a new one ... thanks but naahhh.

I'm in from out of town. My buddy told me we were getting a pepperoni and green pepper pizza. I was excited. We got the pizza... I was immediately disappointed by the pepper medley. Orange and yellow peppers are generally sweeter. The comment above about the prepackaged pepper mix makes perfect sense. Glad I don't live around there and have to rely on this place for pizza. Their customer service isn't too spectacular either. Just go get domino's. They'll at least give you green peppers if that's what you ask for.

I'm a fair person. I know small businesses usually do their best to make amends when a customer has a negative experience. No restaurant is perfect. And a side note: I've worked for several medium-to-high class pizza restaurants and know how hard it is to keep customers happy. This however, is a first for me: I've never had a manager flat out fail to remedy a small problem to salvage the business of a previously loyal customer...until now! I called to get the free pizza we were told was credited to us and the manager told me their computer system said they had already sent a free pizza before. Sorry, never happened. But thanks for essentially calling me a liar. I will not be ordering from Pizza Bella again.

we've order 4 xl pizzas including meats, veggie and plain cheese for kids party for both kids and adults. Pizza was delivered right in time, oven-hot and was one of the tastiest pizzas I've ever tried. In fact it was so good - 2 guests asked where pizza was ordered from. One advice to business: put a note on the website explaining that daily specials are available on call. This is a very small effort that may attract additional customers. I received about 15% off the order because they ran specials for XL pizzas, but info on specials is only available when you call them.

Are you kidding me? After canceling an order from there because of the wait time, Tony the "manager" would only take my order if I charged it!!! Nothing in that restaurant is good enough to be treated like that. Tony needs to chill. Very poor management skills. Btw... I've been in this business many year's. I will not spend another penny there!

Love this place! I have never had a bad experience. The food is always great. Salads are fresh, interesting and nice size. Gluten free pizza is the best I have ever had. Other gluten free items deeeeelicious. Really nice dinner choices you would like to call your own when you serve it to friends.

Pizza should be simple, like picking a mate should be simple. You should know what you like, what you are attracted to and what is good for you, but sometimes on your path to the best (pizza in Europe, for example) you slum it. You KNOW that you should pass the pizza-per-slice place with no one in it, but you could eat a slice and still walk, so convenience beats taste. You KNOW you could buy the ingredients at the market down the street and use the pizza stone that is gathering dust in your cupboard, but laziness beats... well, most things. For the simple combination of dough, sauce, cheese and toppings, the endless choices and risks are substantial. So, it was with great hopes and slothful expectations that I called Pizza Bella when the pizza craving hit the other night. Uh oh, strike one: we live .7 miles away and are somehow outside of their typical delivery range, which means an additional fee. Baffling and off-putting, I continued. After that, some balls and fouls (to continue the baseball metaphor): 53 minutes for delivery, but $30 for a salad and an extra large pizza with toppings. Then, it came. The food was very good and hot. The delivery man was polite and pleasant in that oh-most-pizza-delivery-guys-are-pock-marked-17-year-olds-or-scary-middle-aged-gentlemen-and-you-are-neither-of-those way. I would definitely order from Pizza Bella again. Call it a second date, if you will.
