Horrible hours. They are open 10-5 with a 1/2 lunch break. It would be better if they were open 7:30am or 8am and closed earlier. Not a customer friendly schedule for those who work M-F 8-5.

I have only seen 2 different employees here ever on my multiple visits to this location. Unfortunately, they're poised in the perfect spot for all the companies in Sorrento Valley to swing by with boatloads of boxes. With a tiny building and few people to help service customers, they're understandably swamped a majority of the time. That said, every time I've come I have been treated politely and respectfully. The lines get long yes, especially during December, and you might be upset about something or another, but seriously, come in with a pleasant attitude and it will surely be reciprocated.

These people are under big pressure. The clientele is coming from many big office buildings around them. Location is very convenient for working people to drop their mail during lunch hour. I think they are doing best they can and it is much better than in neighbour countries. Some people do not know how lucky they are to have this good service.

This is the WORST Post Office ever! They NEVER answer their phones and they hold your mail whether you have enough money in your account to pay for a portion of your mail they WILL HOLD IT! I suggest re-routing your mail to another Post Office just to avoid the headache here!

Mailed an envolpe prority mail 2 day. Traked the item 2 days later and it had just left the post office. Item finally made it to its destination a week later So much for paying extra to get it there faster. O and the post office will not give a refund because priority mail is not guaranteed. What a rip off. I will never us the post office for this again.

I was waiting for check from Wells Fargo sending 3 weeks ago. Don't know where mail goes. Too many times, I don't get mail due to their mistake. No use even I complained.

POOR, POOR service to companies that actually pay for their services for a simple PICK-UP. Phones are consistently busy as if they intentionally leave their phones off the hook knowing what kind of complaints they will be getting for their lack of communication and poor work ethics. There definitely are a few that are GREAT at what they do, but one person specifically cannot get a simple task done when told numerously for over a year now. This has caused payments from our company to be considered late when it is USPS' fault for not doing their job. I can ramble on and on, but not only is the one specific person putting herself in a bad position with her job, but causing problems with clients and vendors as well. Simple: Open up your phone line, so you can hear your customers out, rather than having these same issues occur over and over and over and over again, when it's that simple as to abiding by your CLIENTELE'S business hours, and not have to have someone sit after hours waiting for a paid job to be done.
