The place is dark, but we went at a slow time it was quiet & service was super fast. Our particular server was lazy and forgetful, but we could tell this was not the norm for the establishment. Generous portions, 3 courses included in price. Tasty.

I went yesterday to pick up a to go order, that was to be a lunch special. When I got there, the person that handled my order was very rude. When I told her that it was a lunch special, she very rudely told me they don't have lunch specials. The food was cold, and extremely tasteless, a can of Chef Boyardee has more flavor. I tried calling the Manager, was put on hold and he or she never came to the phone. I will NEVER go to that restaurant again.

The decor in this place is awesome. The food is not good. When I go out to eat, I want it to taste better than what I can cook myself. My mom's ravioli tasted like the frozen kind from the grocery. Chicken parmigiana was bland. I would go back maybe to drink only.

The service was slow, the food was cold, and the waitresses were (mostly) rude.

I hadn't been to The Old Spaghetti Factory since I was a teenager. I took my wife there for our anniversary a few days ago. We were surprised at how much food is served. Each entrée includes fresh baked bread, choice of salad or soup, and ice cream. The prices are reasonable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance.

Food has been going downhill for a while. Spaghetti was over cooked and rubbery, the sauce was very watery, not thick tomato and meat sauce. Other than the nostalgia of going here when I was young, there's not much to get excited about here.
