The place is dark, but we went at a slow time it was quiet & service was super fast. Our particular server was lazy and forgetful, but we could tell this was not the norm for the establishment. Generous portions, 3 courses included in price. Tasty.
I went yesterday to pick up a to go order, that was to be a lunch special. When I got there, the person that handled my order was very rude. When I told her that it was a lunch special, she very rudely told me they don't have lunch specials. The food was cold, and extremely tasteless, a can of Chef Boyardee has more flavor. I tried calling the Manager, was put on hold and he or she never came to the phone. I will NEVER go to that restaurant again.
I hadn't been to The Old Spaghetti Factory since I was a teenager. I took my wife there for our anniversary a few days ago. We were surprised at how much food is served. Each entrée includes fresh baked bread, choice of salad or soup, and ice cream. The prices are reasonable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance.
