This hotel does not allow early check-in and the front desk staff were not helpful. We arrived in the morning to check in for a 7 day stay. We had taken an overnight flight from the US and were tired. I was told that there were no clean rooms, but the staff did not check if this was actually the case. They told me that all rooms would be available at 3pm but not a single room would be clean before that. This makes no sense and shows a willingness to lie right to the customers face. Perhaps there was no room available yet but they could have checked and offered to have us come back in an hour or two. We were not told any of this until after actually doing the "check-in" paperwork. We then had to basically check in again in the evening when staff were willing to let us into a room. Since I was awoken during our stay at 8:30 am by staff trying to clean my room I find it very hard to believe that there were no rooms ready for us before 3 pm. There was no "do not disturb" card for us to use in the room. During both of our attempts to check in, no information was provided to us about the layout of the hotel, about the facilities available, the breakfast, the WI-FI, etc. We asked to use the gym and relaxation rooms, but twice I was given a card that did not actually open those rooms. Both times by the same young man who was so rude and unhelpful during my checkin. I got one that worked on my third attempt after talking to someone else. When I finally got into the relaxation room, the drain in the steam room was not working, so you would have to stand in a few inches of slimy water if you wanted to actually have a steam. It was too unpleasant to do. The beds were small and turning on the bathroom light results in a light being shined right in the face of the person still in bed. Pretty amazingly bad design choice there. Also it was quite awkward to close the blinds all the way to actually make the room dark because it is hard to reach high enough without the usual hand rod at the top corner of such curtains. Almost all of these issues could be easily resolved, but not sure if I would risk it with this hotel next time I'm in Dublin.

Very good atmosphere, wonderful rooms and shower just rocks! 15 minutes walk to O'Connell St or 6 minutes by Luas which stop is literally just outside the door. Wifi for free, parking is not. I recommend with all my hart

Contemporary, modern hotel with reasonably sized rooms and generous bathrooms. Free, fast, unlimited wifi is a big big plus; slightly inconvenient location and mystery stains on the carpet are minuses. Will definitely return though.

The perfect Dublin hotel! Ecofriendly and amazing, attentive staff. Very modern and comfortable! Maybe a bit pricey but worth it. The train stops right outside the hotel! Next door is a nice movie theater Odom. This hotel is located in an industrial area that is definitely up and coming. It's a nice distant from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This hotel made my solo adventure in Dublin so much better! This is my number one choice if I return to Dublin. I will say that the Gibson's restaurant food is overpriced for the portion sizes but good taste. That's the only downfall.

Impressive place, a decent bar (with local beer) and great bar menu. Comfortable rooms and within easy reach of the trams and the bus to the airport.

Has a sustainable trendiness to it, a paradox that makes sense once you've stayed here. Brilliant breakfast, no baths unfortunately.

Good clean business hotel with a good value for money ratio. While some guests have complained I also found the food quality / taste in the bistro ok (not great), just the location is a little off to where the humble and bumble is

We had a great stay here. It’s really fresh, young and contemporary, with stylish rooms, and a perfect location right next to a tram stop. Our room was all offset angles with a huge window, Really smart and with a huge, comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was a really nice air to the place. It’s really easy to get to (and leave from), as it’s the end of the tram line, so there’s often a tram waiting to take you into town. We found the deal as a Secret Hotel on Travelocity - sometimes it’s easy to work out fi this might be the secret one!
