Just recent an another oil change and a gasket repaired. Service was excellent. Told me everything they were going to do. I haven't had any problems. The service people are very helpful.

My wife and I have been having our vehicle serviced at Rydell for some time now. Even though we did not buy our car there originally. We receive great service with every visit. Just recently we had a very demanding need and the Service Department went above and beyond... special kudos to our favorite service advisor Jeff Clements. We know what good customer service is and that is what we find at Rydell. For our next purchase, we are definitely going to go to Rydell too.

I've had 4 experiences with them. Only 1 of which I can consider good. The first was warranty on my 08 Silverado for a planetary gear in the diff. The second was with their collision center on my 09 Malibu. Third was the service department for warranty on my catalytic converter on my 09 Malibu and the last instance was using an extended warranty for my 09 Malibu. The first three experiences were not good. They forgot to tighten some key bolts on the front drive shaft, forgot/didn't initially replace parts they said they were going to replace in an insurance claim and said I could wait for a 2 hour fix which became 8 hours. The last experience was with an extended warranty claim and this is where they finally treated me like a customer. They even helped with some of the cost due to being in a tight financial pinch at the time. Will never buy a vehicle from them or return to any of their service shops.

BEST truck detailing experience! Used my gift certificate from Pat & Jennifer Ambrose last week. My truck is only 2 years old but hunting seasons have been rough on it-inside and out. Cory Clark worked with my schedule to get my truck detailed. The results were fantastic! I don't remember it being that nice since it was new. I would definitely recommend Cory Clark & the Rydell detailing crew!

Loved my experience at Rydell. The staff were all friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. Salesman Tyler Frank made me feel comfortable and respected and worked hard to find the perfect deal for me. I appreciated his sincerity and honesty and would recommend working with him for a great experience.

I just bought a traverse on Monday I had a wonderful sales gentleman by the name Beau He was a gentleman from start through finish! I must say that was one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a sales person! Unfortunately my traverse had to be towed to the dealership the key was in the ignition and would not come out there is no power! They were right on it they replaced it with a brand-new battery which that was the problem! Jacob and Beau brought me my traverse the next morning ! You can't go wrong going to Rydell you'll find they'll treat you with the upmost respect thank you to each and everyone of you for all of your hard work and kindness you're the greatest

Rydell service center has some of the most professional and truthful service people around. They make servicing your car very easy... The last time I was in was to check on an alert that came on about my tires. I pulled up to the door, and Jeff opened it so I could get right in- without an appointment! I've worked with Jeff in service a couple of times, and he always is courteous and professional. Like I said, I got in immediately, and they found the problem, fixed it and changed my oil. All while I waited in their customer room that offers free Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks. Jeff came in periodically to let me know about the progress, and I was able to get some work done while I waited.
