Kenji Ikiryo: There was also an interesting interview with Jim Butcher and Fred Hicks on The Walking Eye podcast. There is apparently someone who has from extensive analysis of the novels published so far seen the endgame, i.e. there is a plan, and the seeds of it are in the novels so far. http://www.thewalkingeye.com/?cat=599
Tim Chandler: I've not read it yet - know the moment I download it to Kindle I won't be able to get any work done, and I got a lot to do for the next week. However, I recall him saying that Ghost Story is supposed to be the "middle" novel of the series. So that may feel like a reboot, but it may also be part of the "official plan".
David Cody: He's never been shy about changing his operating environment, I give him credit for that. I give him credit for plotting some pretty major changes through the arc of the books. I am not sure he had an overall plan when he started but I bet he has one now. I enjoyed it.
