I have sent it to a couple of customers we are in the process of building custom sites for. I whole heartedly agree. Create something simple and functional to begin with and then add features as you test and get feedback from user groups. It is a better way to fly. Thanks for the validation.
Companies need to understand their strengths and weaknesses and work at both to improve the end game.
I agree that loyalty should be rewarded and that it is a two way street. Some companies get it, a lot do not:-)
