Our tech was Mario Oliver. He arrived within the time frame that was given. He was very thorough with his inspection and he completed it within a timely manner. He also carried on conversations about other things besides work. Which I liked. Instead of it being the quite shy type. After completing the maintenance, he went over everything that was checked and informed us of other services offered by Conway Services. Conway should be proud to have him as part of their team. Josh was the first person that I came in contact with in my journey to find new heat and air system. He was on time very very personable and professional. He laid everything out for he recommended system gave me three options . He was very knowledgeable . He was so helpful together we decided what i needed based on my home not what was most expensive. Conway offered things that I would have not thought of like some one to come and remove door and trim to the closet for the unit. Then he helped me with financing within one day everything was on go and was assured all would be done that day.. Excellent experience.

Stacy and Ayleah were very nice on the phone getting me set up for an air conditioner check out, as it didn't seem to be running at max efficiency. They dispatched Paul to our home the same day and he did an expert job of inspecting both the exchange unit and the outside unit, and he cleaned a lot of gunk that I didn't think was there before out of the coils outside. When he powered everything back up it was running smoother and quieter and more efficiently. Paul was friendly in his service and extremely professional in the execution of his job. I would highly recommend Conway based on this total experience. A+++++

Had them out to troubleshoot/repair a leaking Rinnai tankless water heater. First tech they sent out didn't know much about Rinnais (not a good start), but they were very friendly and apologetic and then sent Bruce, who was a real pro and did an outstanding job in every respect. He quickly identified the heat exchanger as the source of the leak and replaced it under factory warranty (took about a week to get the part, but thankfully the leak was so small we were able to continue using the heater). I highly recommend Conway, and if I need them for plumbing issues again, I will ask them to send Bruce!

Had a complete system installed over 1.5 days.. Steve Victorson and the crew put in a solid 12 hours to make sure the new unit was functioning and we would have AC. Came back second day to finish detailing and connect furnace flue... Each time I have need to use Conway I am impressed.. Great guys working for a great company... *****

Very pleased with the service we received today from Conway Service Professional, Paul Hines. He was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. His thorough assessment provided us with what we needed to make an informed decision about our troubled unit. His demeanor was very pleasant and made him so easy to work with. Keep in mind that he was working outside today, which was one of the hottest days, maybe the hottest so far this year. Thank you for all of your help Paul!

Paul H. came to take a look at my A/C. Quickly diagnosed the problem and worked quickly to make the necessary repairs. He was great, very friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing. I'm very happy with him and Conway.

Marcus was very nice and professional and explained everything thoroughly to me. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through the things that need to be corrected in the very near future. He is typical of what I expect from Conway and one more reason I feel "comforted" in knowing I could not have chosen a better company to go to for my service needs.
