People talk about feet tall, needless to say, grape vines, dead trees and persimmon trees

My new primary source for purchasing all my plants/trees/shrubs. The packages arrive quickly, packaged well and the items detailed are exactly as ordered. They are healthy and free from fungus, insects and have done an excellent job pruning. I highly recommend them as a place to go FIRST before you order elsewhere.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent experience I had with TyTy Nurserry. My order was received timely in excellent quality. The staff of TyTy Nurserry were very cooperative and carefully responded to all of my queries includin the replacement of some damaged plants. in fact they were very generous and sent me more plants accounting for the severe cold weather of this winter. I would strongly recommend TyTy Nursurry for their excellent products, carefull packaging, shipping and care about the customer. I loved doing business with them and would recommend TyTy Nurserry for every gardener/farmer.

Never seen a nursery so lambasted over the internet. This year (2014) I wanted to redo my yard completely. I took to the task of finding places to supply me with alot of plants I wanted to plant after I tilled, edged and mulched my small home yard. For my box woods and evergreens I went with the evergreenplantnursery (they provided pants that were the epitome of healthy and I have become a repeat customer. They CANT be beat for evergreens!). However I also wanted a crape myrtle. Online there aren't many places you can buy a crape at a certain height and not a small plant. TyTy has been the only one I have found. (And i am a prolific internet search artist) I liked their selection and their prices seemed fair. Then I started looking up reviews. Most of the reviews for TyTy range from negative to completely and utterly negative. I came across some you tube videos and online posts that just seemed to be negative on all accounts. However I still decided to take the plunge. I bought a pink velour crape myrtle (5-6ft), 1 aloe vera and 2 purple hearts. I received the plants in a slender rectangular box, on time, with the plants fastened to the side. The crape was in dormancy as this is early march. The roots looked very healthy and strong, no issues. The aloe came intact and is currently in a pot on the patio. The aloe was a bit yellow but hopefully it will get healthier. The 2 purple hearts though were a tad worse for wear. They were in tact but were not that big so they were a little delicate. The purple hearts have gotten stronger but, since spring only recently started today, they haven't had a chance to prosper yet. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. The prices are fair and the shipping was fast. My plants were in good condition and will hopefully grow well. Since this is again the beginning of spring only time will tell. Focusing on tytys website for a second I actually think their advertising is hilarious. I'm a college guy so the funny dudes in all their videos acting crazy isn't off putting; it is weird for people used to regular videos with facts, stats and images of plants. I dont know how TyTy has operated in the past but my experience has been good.

This past winter(2013-2014) I purchased on line quite a few fruit trees from TyTy, most of them several years old. I planted them at the correct time and amended the soil in a good 18'' or better hole. All of my trees are budding and forming leaves. I have been well pleased with TyTy's prompt shipping and well-packed trees. Thumbs up to them.

I ordered 3 fruit trees with Ty Ty Nursery. One tree 6-7 foot Pakistan Mulberry the other two 5-6 foot Pawpaw Trees. I was excited about getting the trees. When the box for the trees showed up the box was only about 4 foot tall. I thought that was a little short to have a 6-7 foot tree and roots with it. I opened the box and saw the trees. The 6-7 foot tree was more like 4-5 foot but looked ok. The Pawpaws were not 5-6 foot but more like 3-4 foot and the roots o the pawpaws were almost none and one was broke at the base. I was disappointed and looked up the reviews on Ty Ty Nursery and saw so many bad reviews I wish I would have looked them up before. I called them and like some of the other review writers below I had the same problem. I called them and thanked them for the fast shipping but I was upset about the small trees and would like some kind of compensation. The man on the phone stated he could not help me and the trees are pruned 1/3 before they ship it (Yea 1/3 your order). I informed him I was going to be buying many more trees from another company. I did order a tree from Willis Orchard Company a 6-7 White Mulberry and I received it last night and it was at least 6 foot pruned and with 2 foot of roots on it. I am very pleased to get what I paid for and that is all I want. The nursery recontacted me recently and sent out new trees bigger than before. I did not see them due to my deployment but my wife planted them and said they look good. I would buy from them again because they were willing to fix my original problem.

Made a purchase and it took forever to ship. Most of the plants died. Made the mistake of making another purchase. They billed the credit card but never shipped the products. After calling 3 times I asked for a refund. They said they would refund the $0.01 credit hold. I told them no that they charged the full amount. It took 3 phone calls to get someone to acknowledge they billed us and would credit it us. Then it took 3 more phone calls to get the credit processed and they would only give a credit through PayPal not back onto the credit card. Some of the people I dealt with were just plain rude and I don't know if they were truly ignorant (being nice here) or arrogant enough to think I would fall for their playing stupid and not call again. Will not deal with them again. And their advertising is completely inappropriate! Get an education, get some morals, and get your act together TYTY!
