As far as filing bankruptcy goes, working with The Bankruptcy Law Firm is the best experience you can have. Ms. March explained everything to me in laymen's terms so I easily understood everything that was going to happen. Her and/or her assistant always readily answered any questions I had. It made the whole process go very smoothly. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this firm if you're considering filing.

Highway robber to add insult and further damage to your troubling bankruptcy time!! When I found out cost finally and couldn't afford after already getting hustled out of $550 thinking she charges like everyone else (a couple grand plus higher!) and trusting these reviews, obviously done by her family members. I pleaded for my money back to no avail! Could've filed and been done but now im really really screwed! God knows when ill have the money again. Thanks for lying to steal from me Ms March! I should've looked at yelp cause its has some real reviews about her

Attorney March and her assistant Stephanie made a very difficult process understandable and bearable. She explained all of our options for filing bankruptcy and guided to the one that was best for us. She thinks like both a judge and a lawyer so is able to look at each situation from all angles to anticipate all scenarios. I can't recommend her highly enough to describe her level of expertise and professionalism paired with an unexpected sense of humor. We were very lucky to have found her and are now starting our family debt free! THANK YOU!

After 9 months not getting my discharge and did not know what was going on with our BK, or why we have not received our discharge and could not get any answer out of our BK attorney, I called Kathleen March, Esq. to review my file and try to get some answers. Ms. March reviewed our files and stated the issue in one visit to her office. The issues could of be resolved 9 months ago. Ms. March then gave us steps to follow to get our discharge. She was very clear, what needed to be done and written down the steps for us to follow to receive our discharge. I wish we would of found Ms. March before we even got started the process. It is such a shame that you search out an attorney, pay them good money to do a job, which by the way, are trained professional. That is why you hire a attorney. They know the laws and procedures. Then you have to pay someone else to find out that things were not done correctly and they don't even return your calls. We are so happy that we did go to Ms March. The sad part, is that we still have a few more months to go and this all could of been avoid 9 months ago. And, that we did everything by law and completed everything if the correct timeline that was given to us. They attorney we had did not follow through. My advise, do your own follow up if you don't get any answers from your attorney. Do not wait. And, better yet, hire Ms. March, Esq.

Beware!! I trusted this law firm because of reviews on yelp and it ruined my life! "My free consultation" was with Kathleen over the phone advising me that i need to take a means test to see if i can file ch. 7 or ch. 13 because I made $5,000 over the CA average. The means would cost $450 but would be deducted from the flat rate bankruptcy charge but didn't know how much until i took means test (flat rate but u can't tell me how much for 7 and how much for 13? I didn't realize this because I'm so stressed as a guy that really needs to file and not a golden parachute guy) so i trusted her because of the reviews, and took $450 i really shouldn't be using at time, after means and ch 7 I was told i only owe $2800 plus $399 court fee give or take a few dollars on court fee. I asked about the $450 and was advised it already came out of the total. They pressured me that i had to pay something that day to contract (thought i paid $450 already) and got me for another $100 totaling 550 with only 2,700 more to go? I lost my car cause I gave her my money instead of parking tickets, and looked further online for bankruptcy and everyone else does the means test for free and an average of $539 for the whole thing! I could've filed instead of throwing away free money that she won't give back! If you need to file to ride your life out on a platinum parachute, then u could afford her, but if like me who didn't walk for a year and half living on credit card and your whole check goes to bills, BEWARE AND CALL AROUND, SURF NET FIRST or you'll end up like me not able to pay parking tickets, not able to get out of impound, not having car i need for work, losing job and roof over my head and not even a hair closer to filing bankruptcy!! Thanks alot Kathleen!! You got me! I went to u for help and ended up on the streets! Was making 55,000 a yr!

I searched in Google for the VERY BEST bankruptcy lawyer for my mother and found Atty. March and her staff. I stood in for my mother and was called her 'next friend'. Ask the office of Atty. March what that means, always one step ahead, very detailed and follows through. The case is closed and my mother can start a new. Thank you so much Atty. March!!! More power to you!
