True story. We don't even have to vote any more. They just buy the rigged elections.
Report by researchers from Princeton and Northwestern universities suggests that US political system serves special interest organisations, instead of voters

Oh. Okay then. I was afraid it wasn't normal.

They admit to storing CVV numbers and all sorts of things that don't belong to them, too.

I want one.  But I'd like to have seen how it handles things like YouTube videos and Web browsing.

It's pointless. It's just like paypal's card which had been out for years and years and years. Nothing new here. And from what I hear, there are a ton of compatibility issues with the card with various venders.

Wow.  +T-Mobile   bait-and-switched me on the price today and when I tried to get the price I was originally quoted I was told that's just how it is and they hung up on me.  Apparently you're getting a lot of calls about false prices on the Web site and your reps are tired of getting these calls.  What happened to the "uncarrier" treating customers like... paying customers?
As always, the devil is in the details. When the iPad Air went on sale, it was discovered that T-Mobile was offering 200MB of free data per month to custom

Cola, soda, pop -- whatever you call it, drinking too much is bad for your health. Soda accounts for 1/4 of all beverages consumed in the United States but has been linked to osteoporosis, obesity, tooth decay and heart disease. Most sodas include more than 100% of the recommended daily allowance of sugar with the equivalent of more than 17 packets of sugar in a 20 ounce bottle.

The ultimate battle of fire and ice! Who will win, the sun or Comet #ISON

Join #NASA as we follow the journey of Comet ISON as it slingshots around the sun.

Will the awesome gravity and energy of the sun break up this cosmic ball of ice and rock? Will it break up? Or will it pass the sun intact to put on a dazzling show in the December sky?

Watch as NASA solar physicists track the comet LIVE from the mission control for NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory,@NASA_SDO, during #ISON’s closest approach to the sun.

We'll also be joined by comet scientists joining from Kitt Peak Observatory in Arizona, where the solar telescope will be observing ISON and by science writer Phil Plait.

NASA scientists will answer your questions LIVE on air here on Google+, in the YouTube comments section during the live broadcast, or via Twitter using #ISON and #askNASA.

The participants in this Hangout include:

• C. Alex Young, Solar Physicist, Associate Director for Science in the Heliophysics Science Division and co-founder of The Sun Today - NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md.,

• W. Dean Pesnell, Solar Physicist and Project Scientist for the Solar Dynamics Observatory - NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md.,

• Karl Battams, Comet Scientist for the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC, and solar spacecraft lead for NASA's Comet ISON Observing Campaign, joining from Kitt Peak Observatory in Arizona, where the solar telescope will be observing ISON.

• Phil Plait, writes Slate's 'Bad Astronomy' blog and is an astronomer, science evangelizer, and author of the books "Bad Astronomy" and "Death from the Skies!"

The staff at the front desk was rude when I checked in, especially the guy with the unintelligible accent. I waited in line behind the staff for breakfast more often than not. Housekeeping keeps their own hours, so if you work nights you can either wake up early to let them in or go without. The coffee maker in the room they list as an amenity only uses Cuisinart pods you get from them and there is nothing nearby. They will also charge you $7 per day to park in their private outdoor lot in addition to the cost of the room, so bring a window scraper in the winter.

They sold me my perfect car. I haven't had any issues with getting basic maintenance in the year since. Word of advice: Don't schedule appointments online. Call them. Apparently they don't get the appointments, even though you get a "signed" confirmation.

I've been waiting 15 minutes so far to cash my check on my lunch break. There is only one guy working, and and he's making everyone wait while he changes the toner on the copier. I will be late for work and I don't have time to eat thanks to him.
