Looking for suggestions on social media monitoring / analytics books. .  Looking for something fairly introductory that will explain and discuss some of the basic metrics that may be important to PR, their advantages, drawbacks. Thanks in advance!

+Matt Kushin Will do. Although I'd love to explore "The Gorge" and lots of cool places out your way too. I studied forests as a conservation biologist for years there...but from space imagery ;).

Am wondering if anyone in the community is located near my area - Harpers Ferry, WV. I've got some free time this weekend and am looking to perhaps go out onto the trail and am wondering if the snow is still up there? I'd like to do some snowshoeing!

Update Review: Want to comment that we initially had a negative experience at Brown's when shopping for a used car. At that time, we left very disappointed and frustrated. Our experience with the initial salesperson and his manager was sluggish and left us feeling that the company wasn't interested in us/didn't value our business and was motivated simply to sell a car, not meet the interests/needs of the buyer. Perhaps we simply crossed wires, but, at that time, we walked out. However, after expressing our frustration, Brown's reached out to my wife and I and dealing with them after that was a great experience. Everyone was very understanding, friendly, kind and eager to help. Matt, the sales manager, was very apologetic, receptive to our concerns and made a sincere effort to address the issue with his team and with us. It means a lot to me that the company listens to customer feedback and wants not just to sell a car but to have happy customers. We actually decided to buy the car we initially looked at and feel that we got a good deal on it upon negotiating. Everyone we encountered upon returning to buy the car (after our initial bad experience) represented the culture of the company which I had heard and read about. The all seemed to really like to work there and take pride - from the salesperson (Haider) to the nice guy who detailed the car (I forgot his name, but hoping Haider will email me some of the tips the detailer offered on keeping the car looking nice). Altogether, I feel that Brown's redeemed themselves and so I have decided to update my review to reflect how I feel as a result of the day we bought the car. The 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring is a beautiful car. Hoping it will deliver another 10+ years of reliable service like our 2000 Mazda 626 (affectionately named "The Mazdarati"). Bottom line, we would buy here again. Old Review: Not one to write reviews. But, the terrible feeling we had leaving this dealership yesterday evening thas stuck with me through this morning and thus has promoted me to write this. I wanted to let others know so they avoid wasting hours of their day as we did. We drove an hour to come view (and hopefully purchase) a car here. We did so because our best friend bought her car here and loved the experience and referred us. We are also devoted Mazda owners and very motivated to buy another Mazda, especially from a Mazda dealer. Like another person said, there was little to no interest from the sales staff that we were there. We had to ask twice for someone to talk to us and show us the car we came to view. The sales person was young and inexperienced. We were never presented a CarFax report, the "story" of the previous owner/situation changed 3 times, "I can ask a co worker of mine about that detail" type answers but then never asked the co-worker. When we sat down to "negotiate" there was absolutely no negotiation skill at all. We were looking at a pre-owned 2014 vehicle and were (planning on!) paying cash that day...pretty straightforward slam dunk sale. ... sorry, I had to delete the rest of my initial review because it went over the character limit.

Thanks so much! Our patio table glass broke during a windstorm. Frederick Glass was very helpful. Because the table got bent when it fell over, I was having a hard time getting an accurate measurement of the needed glass dimensions. The manager was very polite and sent someone to come measure the table at my house all the way in WV where we live. I'm very pleased with the new glass. Great pricing too! Beat competitors, and that included delivery cost!

Stopped by here at the recommendation of a friend. It was just what we were looking for. Very good food (I had the Memphis BBQ burrito) and the owner(?) was super friendly! If you're looking for great Mexican food that's fresh and very affordable in the Harpers Ferry / Brunswick area, this is the place.
