had a 2006 scion out there for a/c problems was not blowing cold the car was repair a another dealership than it came to my shop for service this became a insurance job we could not figure out why we had no power at the compressor Washington auto mall had the car for several days call me told me it was done when and pick up the car the a/c blew as hot as the day I took it there with the the exception that it cost me $1456.57 call them and they it told me I need a factory a/c compressor which I purchased for another $724.22 still no a/c my son ,brother and myself owner of of Campbells Automotive we spend a addition 5 hours chasing the wiring from the a/c amplifier found a short corrected a/c blows ice cold the only repair that Washington auto mall made was a bill for $2181.79 tried to call the general manger about this no return call I also ate a rental car for a few days if I did work like this I would be out of business I guess the next course of action is the court system

Buying a car at Toyota of Washington could not have been a nicer experience. My Mom has been looking into buying an SUV for several months and had gone to a dealership closer to home. She did not buy there for reasons I won't go into here, but she found a RAV4 she liked at Toyota of Washington so we went to look. Our salesman was John L. and he was so nice to work with. No pressure at all, sense of humor, really nice guy. She drove the RAV4 she had found online and we picked it up yesterday. I would highly recommend Toyota of Washington -- everyone was friendly and helpful -- and even though there are dealerships closer to home, I would most likely make a special trip if I ever am in the market to buy a Toyota. Great job Toyota of Washington!!!!

I had an absolute blast buying my car. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly that I almost forgot I was buying a car. They wanted to help my every need in purchasing my new car and they followed through with every promise. I could not believe how simple and easy it was. My sales man was John Hansberry. If you decide to check out the Washington Auto Mall, talk to John. That guy will help you no matter what the price range, vehicle, or any questions you may have. Job very well done to the entire staff. Thanks again guys!

I sent a note to Scott to call me. I want more info on the Venza. Not sure if he'll be in on labor day but anxious to come talk with him. May even see what he can do if I buy a tundra too?

I had the worst experience at the Toyota of Washington and I WILL NEVER go back there. I had brake failure on my car and they told me there was nothing wrong with it, but it is still unable to be driven. The back brakes and front brakes were both replaced and the brakes were bled three times. There are still no brakes, but thank you. We had three different mechanics look at it, but they are not Toyota so it still remains a mystery as to why there are no brakes.

Wasn't pressured and no back and forth between finance and John L and myself. John L. let me test drive a variety of vehicles and didn't try to pressure me into the most expensive one I looked at (even though that's what I ended up with). Love my new Tundra! Will definitely be back to purchase/lease from you guys again. Thanks again for the experience! Nancy

Came in looking at a used Nissan Verssa that I was very interested in. Got in touched with a salesman Scott who did a test drive with me. Had them take a look at my car for a trade in and they gave me a good deal on my car. Decided to buy the car and they made everything as smooth as possible considering all this happened in one day. I came in with my really used car and left with a great upgrade.
