I am sorry for your experience and I would love to make it right, I sent this review to Aimee personally and I will get to bottom of what went wrong. I am sorry again and I hope it is not a reflection on wevillage as a whole. We really do offer a great service and professionalism, however it seems we fell short and you are unhappy! We don't like unhappy clients. As parents we have enough to deal with, and the initial wevillage into process should be seamless.
