What can I say- I live in Boulder and I'm a food snob. It would be almost impossible for me to give a chain 5 stars. However, I'm impressed that Blackjack has upped their game with things like gluten free pizza, green olives and artichoke hearts. And its good! Convenient, tasty and half the price of any other gluten free pizza in Boulder. Yay!

The customer service of Boulder Blackjack is quite amazing, but i've been in the building once and the appearance of the store is quite unappetizing. I get a very dirty vibe from it. I've made the mistake of ordering spinach on a pizza twice, which just seems like globs of frozen spinach. I've gotten a delivery once and by the time i recieved my pizza, it was barely warm.

I ordered a pizza from Blackjack when I first moved to Boulder because I found some coupons online. The price was good, especially with the coupons, but the quality of the pizza was not so good. The cheese was that mealy, mushy, overprocessed, "mozzarella" commonly found on chain/fast food pizzas like Papa John's, and the sauce was bland. On the plus side, the online ordering was super easy & the delivery time was pretty fast.

So, same situation as "others"... just moved to Boulder, found coupons, ordered online, super easy, pizza ok, but service was amazing. On a fun note: Ordered pizza with bacon & tater tots, surprisingly good combo !

First time ordering from this place and what a waste of time and money. I am not that picky about pizza, but I must say I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered the special for $19.99 which included 2 med. 2 topping with parmesan bread and a 2 liter drink. The pizza crust was the worst ever and had absolutely no flavor at all and was not fresh. The parmesan bread was a "frozen" pizza crust with their little cheese packets sprinkled on top and not even melted. Usually, I will save left over pizza, but after 2slices and 1 bite of parmesan bread, this pizza made it to the trash.

Our dough is FRESH made from scratch. We use only the freshest ingredients available. Not sure what happened but all attempts to reach this customer were in vain. She ordered at 2:30 AM and the food was delivered in 18 minutes from the time of order. All items are fresh made to order so again...not sure what other factors she is not talking about in this public forum are missing.

Just like every other fastfood pizza place, you have your loyalists and non-loyalists. That aside, I'm not bias. This place is a take-out and delivery, but they do have tables outside. The pizza is good and coupons galore abound online. My favorite one is, one large pizza with five topping for $9.99. If you never had a pizza with 505 Green Chilies Sauce and green chilies as a topping, then you should try it at least once. I ask for extra cheese and they pile it on. I give these places props for the workers and the food. It's not easy working at these places because of the customers and they do deserve tips. If you can't afford a tip, then you shouldn't be ordering home delivery.

Blackjack's pizza's are pretty good and a fairly good value, especially with coupons. Their accuracy isn't amazing though. I've gotten exactly what I wanted on my pizza's about 80% of the time. For example, one time they brought me a pizza with chicken on it when I asked for a vegetarian pizza. When I called to complain, they promised to send me a coupon in the mail for a free pizza...which they never sent. I generally still use them though because they have decent pizzas for lower prices than their competitors...and because I can't stomach Pizza Hut or Dominoes...which are truly terrible regardless of price.

I had to wait 2 hours for a delivery. Ain't nooobody got time for that. I called them up, it was their fault, didn't get an apology or a great explanation. Step your game up, Boulder Blackjack. For now I'm ordering elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
