My husband and I worked with salesperson, Ben Mumfrey. I found the vehicle I wanted in a neighboring state. He facilitated a trade in a timely manner and was very diligent, accommodating and friendly during the whole sales experience. I would certainly recommend him to another in the market to purchase a Ford! Jesse Whitley handled our paperwork efficiently and was very personable and informative. Aside from Ben and Jesse, who made the sales experience very pleasant, the dealership as a whole needs to improve the personalization of their automated emails. During and after the sale...and when we shopped at Kings Ford with another salesperson a year or so ago, the automated follow-up emails failed to achieve a personal touch. They were directed to my husband only and implied that I was still shopping...both when a vehicle had already been chosen and again after the sale. While I appreciate the intent, they fall short by being so very impersonal.

The salesman knew everything about the vehicle was able to answer ALL my questions regarding the vehicle. He was patient (I am a first time car buyer) and understanding of my needs in a vehicle. He was pleasant to work with and not once did I feel uncomfortable during the entire process (from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove my new Ford Fusion off the lot). I got a GREAT deal on the Fusion and am completely satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to friends/family over other dealerships in the area and would gladly return to lease/finance my next vehicle.

What a great surprise at Car Sales Express. This place is amazing! Full of great vehicles, knowledgeable/honest sales people, and good leadership. Stopped by to look at a suv and left a while later with a beautiful Ford Escape, at a price I wanted to pay. Thanks to Nick & Bill Viox and Sales Mgr Kody Lowe...my wife is happy!

I had been to another dealer ship three times over the last seven months to have the recall service and each time they said they did not have the parts to do the repair. I stopped at Kings ford today and they informed me that no parts were required, that it was just a reprogramming required and they would do it while I waited. While we awaited we were invited to share in their cook out and we had hamburgers, chips and a drink. about thirty minutes later we were ready to go. We had purchased out Escape at the other dealer ship but we now have a new dealer ship for our repairs and when we need a new escape. Thank you Kings Ford for exceptional service

I recently bought a new car from Kings Ford, and actually walked away feeling GOOD about the sale. This is rare for me, especially because in the past I have had horrible experiences and customer service from car dealerships. I am officially a Ford person! Great experience, Anthony, the salesman was very patient and not pushy at all. He put us in an affordable car that we felt comfortable with, and I will definitely be going back to him for future sales.

My experience was a non pressure purchase in which I appreciated and made me feel at ease. Everyone there asked if I was taken care and if not pointed me in the right direction. 1 complaint was the overall cleanliness of the vehicle delivered to me. Still had an issues after a 2nd visit back.

I have mixed feelings regarding my experience with King's Ford. Before I stepped foot into the dealership, I did some research on how to buy a car and what to watch out for. ( Something that I, in retrospect, wish I had done in August when I bought my toyota.) I secured financing through my credit union earlier that day, so I was well aware what my interest rate would be based on my credit score. I arrived at the dealership and started looking for my car. The salesman was great. He had the numbers already waiting by the time each test drive was finished. Once I decided on the vehicle, the circus began. The salesmen began with the four square sheet. He asked me several times regarding a monthly payment amount and each time I told him that my only concern was the interest rate. He left and went to the finance manager. He returned with a printout that said my credit score was 40 points lower than I thought... Say whaa?! I had just purchased a new camry in August at 0%. I told him that the number he had was wrong because I had a pre-approval for my loan from the credit union and that I was aware of my true credit score. He left again and returned to the finance manager. This time, the finance manager came to speak with me. He told me the same story. We went back and forth until finally I told him that I wasn't arguing this anymore. I already had my financing secured. He left and the salesmen returned asking me what rate I had been approved for. I told him and he was off again. This time, he returned and said that I was in luck because the dealership was able to secure financing through Chase for a lower rate.... REALLY??? I knew it was BS from the get go. Anyway, the final number on the car was good, I thought, so we proceeded. The salesmen tried to talk me into fabric protection and everything else... To be expected. I bought the car but others should be aware of these tactics.
