I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. The earliest they could book my appointment was 6 weeks later. When I showed up for my appointment, the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door from the landlord stating that the spa had not paid their rent and would remain closed until the spa had paid all bills due. There was absolutely no one around and I have not received any kind of phone call from the spa apologizing. Needless to say, I received a refund from Groupon and will not be going back to Glow. Clearly management is not properly run here as they do not even pay rent to their landlord.

I bought 2 groupons and had only one treatment done which was good but front office staff is very rude. But now they are closed for non payment. I should have listened to the previous reviews since this has happened before. Do not go to this salon ever even when it is open. Terrible front office, terrible owner but the technician who did my treatment was very nice.

I saw Jackie twice. On my first visit, the haircut wasn't what I wanted, but I ended up liking the new style. I went back for a trim on 10/4 which ended up being a disaster. Initially, she seemed to be trying to talk me out of a trim after having waited 3 months which I found odd. The end result is noticeably uneven, and appears that she quit texturizing after doing only half way around, stopping in the middle of the back of my head. I don't know about you, but I always let a haircut settle and try styling different ways for a week before deciding whether it was bad or not. Reluctant to ever complain about anything, I finally decided that it was bad enough that it HAS to be fixed on 10/25, and was then told that Jackie wouldn't be back for a few days (sick Friday and Saturday, off Sunday and Monday). I called back the following Wednesday, 10/30, and was told that I have to pay for a new haircut, because too much time passed. Fair enough, you're right. I shouldn't have let so much time pass. Lesson learned, but they lost a customer, and got a bad review in the process. It could have been handled better. I told Amy that if I have to pay for a new haircut in order to get this mess fixed, I will NOT give my money twice to the person who jacked it up in the first place, because that's another $75 risk ($60 + $15 tip). They'd rather let the salon chair sit empty for the next 2+ hours (she didn't have anyone booked for at least 2 more hours) than make things right to keep a customer. Each time I was there, I wondered why I was the only person in the salon, and now I think I've got a pretty good idea. Even after I told Amy why they were losing a customer, she called back (I let it go to voicemail) to say that Jackie told her she'd do a dry cut for $40. Isn't that what you charge for dry cuts to begin with? Acting as if they'd be doing me a that's laughable. I'll give my money to someone who hasn't done anything to break my confidence in their ability. The reason why I give 2 stars, and not only 1, is because I liked the first haircut, despite it not being what I requested. I'm pretty flexible about style, as long as it's cut reasonably well. P.S. the chairs are really uncomfortable

I purchased a Groupon here for Laser Hair Removal and have visited 3 times this year. The front desk is generally busy working on other things or comes across as too busy or bored to care. The technician doing my laser hair removal has always been pleasant and seems to care about the services she is providing. I don't think the quality of the machine meets specs because I have seen little to no change in 3 treatments. Appointments...are every 8-10 weeks as I signed up for the yearly hair removal membership. I showed up for my appointment today and there was a sign on the door that the landlord has LOCKED THEM OUT due to non-payment of rent. I received no phone call to cancel my appointment, etc. I had seen this experience posted on another review prior to buying the Groupon, but called them and they seemed open, so I decided to go with it. Big mistake. I will not be going back. Very disappointed.

This is such a beautiful salon! I moved here from San Antonio and this is one of the salons I came into! The owner is so sweet! So many new great things are happening here! It's open and back in business! They are switching color lines from Redken to Wella! They have a wonderful male hairdresser! That specializes in color!! The waxing and laser treatments are great too!!! Come get your hair done here. You won't be disappointed. .so knowledgeable and professional when it comes to color and cutting for skin tone and face shape and body type!! Get your hair done by me Benjamin!!

I have had nothing but an amazing experience here. I am in the process of getting laser hair removal and they have made the whole process very comfortable for me. In fact, I want to find out about getting SmartLipo, too! I have found all the employees to be VERY nice and helpful.

This place is now closed. I went for a treatment and its locked up due to rent non-payment. I advise contacting your credit card company to dispute the charge to your card.
