Needed 4 Tires for my 2013 Tundra Crewmax.
Got 4 quotes and found some cheaper options. Called Smart and got their tire pro and he was quite informed, dare I say "Smart"?? He told me he had cheap tires as well, but do you want to save money now, or save money in the extra year or so that I would get by buying the best Michelin's that were made for my truck. Installed with an alignment performed by a Toyota trained tech it was $50 bucks more then Costco basic installation(no alignment offered), they washed my truck which was filthy from SD vacation and they gave me a loaner for the day too boot! Oh Yah, and the cookies were warm too! That's how a business can Thrive! I was "Wowed"

Drive up, leave your car, get a drink, read your book or watch their t.v, they call your name in 20 min., pay your bill, they give you your keys and a code for a car wash and you are on your way.  Fastest, cleanest, kindest way I know to get an oil change!

The SEMA auto show was happening this week in Vegas. Scion showed up with this retro xB mod. NICE! http://ow.ly/DZ0Od
Scion is really channeling the weird at SEMA with its '70s inspired xB and tC influenced by the metal band Slayer.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Scott Nelson and Smart Motors. I had previously purchased two Toyota vehicles from Jon Lancaster. I had no idea that buying a new vehicle could be such a great experience. Scott was honest, informative, knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer any questions that I had. Most of all, I felt I received a very fair deal. It would have been much easier for me to purchase from the other Toyota dealer in town as it is much closer to where I live and work. However, Scott made the whole process so easy and enjoyable that I never considered purchasing anywhere but at Smart Toyota. Thank you Scott!

Excellent all around! This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from Smart Motors within the last 3 years. We work exclusively with Greg Erzen. Greg is top notch. He is excellent to work with, genuine, patient, knowledgeable and reasonable. We received excellent customer service from Greg. Our orientation specialist, Chris, provided excellent customer service as well. He taught us how to use all the new features on our car and helped us sync our phones. Everyone at Smart Motors was expedient and were very friendly. We highly recommend Smart Motors to our family and friends.

I brought my car in because it was making a weird noise. The diagnostic was to cost $130, with no loaner because I didn't buy the car there. They held the car for the entire day to do said 1 hour diagnostic and an oil change. I got a call saying my wheel bearing needed repair and it would be $725, not including the $130 diagnostic. I called around and got a quote for $450 and $550 (including a loaner and diagnostic) respectively from master certified Toyota specialists. One place warned me that the diagnostic should really have only taken 30 minutes and that I was getting ripped off. When I went to the service center after my car being there for 7 hours, it still wasn't ready to go. I was told the drive portion of the diagnostic took 15 minutes, the car was in the joist for 45 minutes. When I challenged that statement with the information given to me by the other car place, the joist time magically dropped to 35 minutes. The amount of nickel and diming done today, along with outright lying, means my family will no longer frequent Smart Toyota. I would encourage other families, especially women, go elsewhere for their service, as the attitude from the service men seemed to be that females knew nothing and attempted to take advantage of that. The only redemption for this place is that the front desk guys were very personable.

Brought my 2014 Toyota Sequoia with 20,000 miles in for oil change. I asked the technician about the warning light in dash? He said it was air bag warning light malfunction? He had the service shop come take a look. I was then told even though car is under warranty it may not be covered? Wow air bag warning light for malfunction not covered by warranty!!! That's absolutely insane. I was told a $125 diagnostic charge is my responsibility to have it looked at. If Smart Motors decides its not a covered mal-function then I am responsible for repair. They seemed more concerned about me paying the $125.00 repair diagnostic charge than the safety of air bag working properly. I called Toyota customer care and got the same two headed run around. In any event it will be a cold day in _ _ _ _ before I return to Smart Motors service and a LIFETIME OF NOT BUYING ANOTHER TOYOTA PRODUCT. You can tell a bunch about a car company when they try to dodge a safety item such as an air bag!!!! Remember the vehicle has a 36 month warranty to 36,000 miles. This is a 2014 Sequoia with 20,000 miles on it!!! Tom Howard Madison, Wi.

I took my 2012 Camry in for routine regular maintenance service and to have two minor, but time consuming, recall items corrected. Setting up the appointment by phone was excellent by the Smart representative, including a call back to confirm that the recall part for the passenger restraint was in-stock, and all of the work could be accomplished in one visit. I was offered a loaner car since the recall work would take most of the day, but I declined since it was convenient for me to drop my vehicle and leave it. For my benefit, I dropped the vehicle off late on the day preceding my scheduled appointment. Since I have a prepaid maintenance plan that will cover regular service for the next five years, I asked the service tech to walk me through what and when service should be scheduled. The tech did a great job of explaining the schedule and prepared a sheet for me to keep for my reference. The only routine maintenance work required for this visit was tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and renewing diamond windshield treatment. To my surprise, the tech called me the next day at 9:00 am to say that my vehicle was ready for pick-up, indicating the service was started during the evening after I dropped off the car. When I arrived, the vehicle pickup went quickly and smoothly with no delay. The only negative comment, was when I got home I noticed the vehicle had not been driven through the car wash (back window was dirty). I am not sure the vehicle wash is routine for this type of routine service appointment. Overall great customer service and everybody was extremely friendly, and everything exceeded my expectations, except for the absence of the car wash.

Clean, welcoming atmosphere and friendly people. But didn't fix my problem. I took my 2013 Camry in because of a rattle in the trunk. I understand that those problems are hard to diagnose, but this was my second complaint on the same issue and they told me they had fixed it. It is not fixed. I emailed the service advisor (Chris Webber) saying I was disappointed and have not gotten a response in 2 weeks. Doesn't take much to reply with an apology and offer to set up another appointment.

I recently bought a tonneau cover for my Tacoma and needed to have it installed. I contacted Mike and Andy who were the sales team when I bought my truck and within a few hours I was on-site having it installed by the rest of the professionals. The waiting area is top notch - hot coffee, cookies, soda and juices with soft chairs and today's paper. They let me know that it was taking a little longer than expected (no extra charge for the time to do the work), and frankly, its nice to hang out in their awesome show room and look at new vehicles and accessories. The people and the product are top rate in my book.
