Here's my game inspired by the themes of "autumn" and "fear".

"The House of Death & Life" is a light cooperative card game about hospice care.

One player is the patient struggling to make peace with their life before they die, while the rest of the players are their community trying to help them do so.

Dude I'm so excited about the new episode of The Nato Sessions. I get geeked on the early 90s Bay Area Thrash-Funk scene with Howard Beale aka HOUSE on BASS of the Limbomaniacs, Damion Gallegos of Fungo Mungo, and Damon Wood of The Smoking Section. We talk about Primus, shits and dicks, cheap rent, and a new kind of toga party.

String Railway got me thinking:

What games do you think do an excellent job of exploiting the physicality of their components? Bonus points if you name games that aren't dexterity games.

For my nomination, I'm going to reach back to Magic: The Gathering.  The real brilliance of that game is in the realization that a shuffle-able deck of cards each with its rules printed directly on  it could create a modular board/rules state for each game.

I designed this board game with my friend Chris in 7th grade.  It's based on the story of the same name.  This was my first board game design.
