The falafel was nice and warm (which should be a no-brainer, but you'd be surprised), the ingredients were fresh, and the service was great. I had a delicious falafel sandwich in my hand within three minutes of stepping in the door, which was pretty impressive. Although, I must admit I was there at around 3:00 on a I can't speak to what it's like during the weekday lunch rush. In any event, Crisp is a no frills falafel joint. If you like falafel, you'll like Crisp.
