Perfect for a cloudy, rainy weather especially if you are stuck at home and need a "perker upper".

Nothing complicated about this recipe, so when the craving strikes next time, don't run to a restaurant, simply make it in your own kitchen. You can load it with veggies to your heart's content, play with the spices to your taste and make it all your own delicious way. Enjoy a continental favorite vegetable fried rice made the Indo-chinese way :-)

Whether you love or not this humble vegetable, don't write it off before you have had a chance to taste it once. Presenting eggplant phodi, a griddle fried eggplant snack with a crispy layer of upma rava/sooji.

A salad where unique textures are held together by a creamilicious dressing. Rich in colors, nutrients, and taste, this salad can be eaten for a light meal or a satisfying (and stomach filling) meal. Salads do not have to be boring at all after this experience.
