Finished up chest and back/cardio abs today. Felt pretty hard this time around. i supose i took to long of a break. half a week to be exact. oh well i'm back at it!!! BRING IT!!!!

Hey fellow insaniacs! Just wondering who here is your first week of insanity? and how do you like it so far?
Haha I should probably be more mindful about what I can handle, I just pounded through the first month of workouts on ibuprofen pretty much. :P I did month 1 last summer, then started over again after Thanksgiving and I'm just starting month 2 now. My goals... to keep up a habit of fitness, gain some muscle, burn some fat, be generally healthy. Also working out is a huge de-stresser for me, and I always feel like I accomplished something after a workout. I like insanity because I can do it wherever, whenever, and the workouts are a manageable amount of time. Also after completing month 1 and quitting, I noticed myself getting generally weaker and having less stamina, and I hate that feeling. I also run, do pilates, and do yoga - but I generally rotate around a bit. I tried some p90x workouts, but I prefer insanity - except for abripper - I like that MUCH better than cardio abs. After I finish this round of insanity I'm going to go into a hybrid of running and that other stuff ^ because I signed up for another 5k in April with some friends. :) That's probably way more than you wanted to know :P
