Introduction
When you have Diabetes, life can be difficult. Managing medications, blood glucose testing, and maintaining a good diet can be a formidable challenge without the proper support. The Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSME/S) Program at Massachusetts General Hospital can help patients with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes and their families learn to live well with Diabetes.
