A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to meet and then interview Genevieve. What an incredible young woman. As testament to her being NSW Young Australia of the Year in 2015. She believes "the greatest longing of the human heart is to be accepted and the greatest fear is rejection. If this is true and we knew what it felt like to be accepted and rejected surely we would do all we could to help people feel more accepted, not more rejected."

Genevieve runs several brilliant companies and the one I fell most in love with is Bus Stop Films - where she teaches intellectually disabled kids to learn the craft of film. She believes in authentic casting - making sure she is telling meaningful stories that make a difference.

I trust you'll enjoy my conversation with the inspirational Genevieve Clay-Smith. Love to hear what you favourite take-away is. Comment below.

Loved interviewing Maggie Beer for our I AM WOMAN Project Podcast series. Her enthusiasm and passion for life and food is infectious. She is driven by flavour, uniqueness and being tenacious! "If you're putting the effort in, nothing is wasted." I hope you enjoy listening to this inspiring interview from one of our own Australian greats as much as I loved recording it for you. Love to hear what resonated most with you. Share your comments below. http://www.iamwomanproject.com.au/podcast/maggie-beer/
