Success starts in your mind - whatever you can conceive and believe you can achieve. However, you must have a strategy, and a plan that you diligently follow even if you're the only person who believe in your dreams. Remember, you cannot expect anyone else to believe in you if you don't first believe in yourself.
I try to treat every person with respect and dignity because you never know who's who, or who's going to be who someday. Always try to be the best that you can possibly become - success starts in the mind and with an attitude of belief. Not arrogance - just confidence.
Finally, a lot of people think that charisma is something you're born with. However, I believe that developing it is very simple - smile and laugh more, be engaging, and always have confidence it all that you do. Always make eye contact, and never ever feel as if you are less than a person that you might be dealing with - but never deal with them in a disrespectful way. Also, if you're about something, you do not have to brag and showoff to let people know - in fact if you have to do that then what you're pretending to be might not be true.
