Just wanted to share with my friends a healthy breakfast that I had today. Here's the recipe from left to right (first picture): a carrot, mint, an apple, a tomato, beet, grapes, ginger, and strawberries. No fastfood breakfast can compete with this in terms of the benefits that it provides your body. We only get one body so be careful, and take care of it. Have a great day!
I was in NYC a few weeks ago, and I might have looked at this guy - so who know, I might be included in his lawsuite because I may have looked at him without his permission. What a nut - I'm willing to bet that if you were to combine all the economies of every country on earth, you would not have enough money to pay this lawsuite.
LOL +Linda Williams - no. I was just hanging out having a drink when these fishermen pulled up on the beach with it. I had my camera with me and decided to take a few shots of the excitement. I felt bad for the shark but the fishermen said they caught it so that it wouldn't be a danger to the locals and tourists who were handing out on the beach.

Success starts in your mind - whatever you can conceive and believe you can achieve. However, you must have a strategy, and a plan that you diligently follow even if you're the only person who believe in your dreams. Remember, you cannot expect anyone else to believe in you if you don't first believe in yourself.
I try to treat every person with respect and dignity because you never know who's who, or who's going to be who someday. Always try to be the best that you can possibly become - success starts in the mind and with an attitude of belief. Not arrogance - just confidence.
Finally, a lot of people think that charisma is something you're born with. However, I believe that developing it is very simple - smile and laugh more, be engaging, and always have confidence it all that you do. Always make eye contact, and never ever feel as if you are less than a person that you might be dealing with - but never deal with them in a disrespectful way. Also, if you're about something, you do not have to brag and showoff to let people know - in fact if you have to do that then what you're pretending to be might not be true.
