some openSUSE vs SUSE recap
i want to share something from Richard Brown (openSUSE project leader), that i didn't know, and i bet lots of you dont know either

unlikely to Canonical/Ubuntu, which is an one man show, or Red Hat/Fedora that it is clearly described as a sponsored (aka controlled) project to RH shareholders, Richard says that openSUSE is a completely independent to SUSE (Micro Focus daughter) project, that is depended sorely to its community

even the logos and trademarks that are very similar to SUSE, they basically belong to openSUSE

https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Trademark_guidelines

in short the openSUSE board is free to say, "we paint the Lizzard blue, we drop Zypper, and we go APT, and we dont answer to anyone for our actions!" we are community!

there are some more info at
https://rootco.de/2016-04-03-opensuse-and-you/

and a video of Richard ..that tbh i only watched 20m
https://youtu.be/D5YKBS-KUe8

totally sure just few people knew that, so i guess it is a nice piece of information to have, but i still share with caution! i dont really know how openSUSE->SUSE relation works!

what i do know though, is that GNOME and KDE are seriously hardcore community projects! and as i have told you many times, community based corporations¹, will be the next big industry model! so go for it!

¹current large companies in some sense are community based through shares (including governments direction on decisions, thus people voice), but this is quite different from what i mean "community based corporations"

I finally did the project I had in mind for long time,

Simple yet useful, XPath driven, web browsing robot, useful for scripts.

Mismapped Enter on external keyboard on X96
I recently bought X96 TV Box with Android 6.0. It's rather small black box with remote control, with quadcore ARM Amlogic, 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of flash. It makes easily available content of connected NAS through Kodi etc. Problem was with strange keyboard ...

OK, the day has come. Switching to EXWM for a while and Wanderlust once again.

instead of i3->terminal->emacs I have now emacs-->terminal :)

and the best is that it feels better this way...
