Group page., I am trying to be in the Behind Lens group.

The mods will verify you after you add yourself to the group.as list...... I would highly suggest adding many to your critique circle before posting...

It says: "ERROR You have not yet verified your Google+ profile. Doing so allows you to easily see and control which groups you are in. To verify simply put 'group.as' in a public post or in your profile introduction on Google+, then enter your profile ID on the left and click verify. You only need to do this once." How to do that?

We are talking about the behind the lens critique group started by +Colby brown .... If so you need to find the link... Sadly I do not have it here on this iPad, but you add yourself to that group page or simply follow the posting instructions after adding several hundred to your critique circle that you will share the image with....

If not that then let us know and maybe we can point you in the right direction....

I am already in the group.. His link said to login so others can see you in the group. I logged in and found myself " not verified" so I can't see others who are in the group.

Ah that.... You can just add it into your profile page once and it will verify your page is you, then you can remove it....

OK. Where do I added "it" to my profile page? The group link? I feel so silly

Just create a new public post with group.as and go to the group and verify yourself using your user ID.

If you add "group.as" into your "About" part of your profile, it will verify you really quickly.

Sorry this can be con fussing to try to explain.... The group.as page for some users requires your to verify your profile by adding the link or wording to your profile page to verify you are actually the one that has access to your page...some have seen it others have not, I did not have to do this step for some reason.... If you do that you can see the others in the group....

Then add a ton of people to a specific critique circle you can share to only and make your first post..... Just understand that comments will come with the more you have in the circle.

Feel free to add me, I give critiques all the time for what they are worth.....

Anywhere in a post or anywhere in your profile text should work.....

Thanks a lot , everyone. Great help. You are all/will be in my circle. : -)

It maybe too big for little fish like me, but I really like it and want to learn!

Thanks! good night or day whatever. Nice talking to you.

+Brent Fishman +Diana Chen its not too big for anyone... actually the larger the critique circle you make the more opinions - both good and bad - I personally like bad ones, because those can help you learn.... I cannot say i do not like good ones... but bad are technically more helpful..

Here some examples of my work that got good and well not so good reviews....

Do not worry if the comments do not pile in at first - they will come as you add people.....

+Brent Burzycki thanks for the link, that was very informative to see, and think I would welcome this kind of critique. My flickr friends are way too polite.

+Diana Chen I think many are way to polite when critiquing... if you ask for one you need to be ready to take the good with the bad.....

Honestly it is a problem with society.... Instead if facing problems or issues head on we tend to hide from them or candy coat our answers...

Things would get solved a lot faster and people would learn faster and get better end results if people just spoke the truth the first time..
