All of these hateful comments... It's so negative. Well, I've learned several things from you that's made me self-reflect...1. I do need to eat less meat. I personally still eat chicken and I'm not sure I can honestly say I'll never eat a steak again, because I do like meat. ...but meat isn't the same as it used to be. It's pumped full of steroids and crap. I really do feel better in just the short time I have been eating vegan. 2. This is off topic, but I appreciate you showing Australia. I live in the USA,and I've always wanted to visit the land down under. Since I can't travel much right now, your raw footage (pun intended ) is cool ( I'm a dork) 3. I do think some of the negative comments are from people's own insecurity, but I don't understand why they can't see you're truly trying to help them, because it helped you so much. I personally think women look great with curves, and it would be boring if we all looked the same, but I think people believe you're trying to make them into you,and I don't think you're intending on doing that. You just seem to want them to be in a healthy weight range , and not be ingesting a bunch of chemicals. I believe that even if someone doesn't agree with this for a permanent lifestyle, even short-term , this is highly beneficial. I personally used to have a basket full of half-used diet pill bottles, so if I was willing to try that, why not this? That's the way I look at this anyway. 4. I'm learning so many ways I never thought about eating and preparing fruits. I do love the results and health that I'm getting from vegetables also. So thank you for recipes too.
This is the longest post I've ever made on YouTube because I just wanted to reach out and throw some positivity back. I know you've personally been inspiring to me. Thanks again .
