My experience at CMC has been greater than I ever thought it would be. The variety of classes offered is spectacular and the size of the classes offers one-on-one teacher-student communication. The styles of teaching presented are helpful to further learning because most teachers engage you in conversations instead of just talking at you for 2 hours. Hands-on activities, group projects, outdoor field trips and discussion circles are some of the teaching styles I have experiences just to name a few. I can't imagine where I would be without attending CMC. I am almost done with their BA Sustainability program and it has been one of the greatest decisions of my life.

Great school and you get to live in a mountain ski town! The staff is always so helpful and the professors are all great! Everyone just wants to see the students succeed here, and they will help you in any way to do that. CMC is a great value for education in Colorado and the nation!

I have been taking courses at CMC Summit Campus (so both Dillon and Breckenridge) for over 7 years at this point and it has been a quite wonderful and beneficial experience. The instructors on staff are always extremely knowledgeable, very open and happy to help their students and the atmosphere is a world class educational environment. I will be leaving CMC soon to pursue higher level graduate degrees and I only wish that they offered the higher level degrees I am pursuing as I would love to stay!

Take it from me, I started attending this school straight out of Summit High, and I can tell you that the QUALITY of your education is going to surpass a University by miles. There is ZERO difference of where you get your first two years done, because the ged ed credits are all the same anywhere else. This school treats everyone with respect and dignity, and believe it or not, they actually care about you and they WANT you to succeed. This happens not only on the admin level, but especially on the instructor level. They will help you succeed as much as you want to accomplish. The teaching staff there is super approachable, and is always willing to answer your questions. Did I mention the price? 59$ a credit hour. Yeah, that's real life. Also, registering for classes is pain free and quick. That is what an education should cost. I made the mistake of leaving CMC for the University of New Mexico, and trust me- CMC is ahead of UNM in every single aspect. That is why I came back to CMC. What are you waiting for? Go take English comp or something.

My wife and I have taken may culinary classes. They have all been excellent. You won't find a better meal at the price and you won't have nearly as much fun. We recommend these courses to everyone we think could possibly be interested.

Teachers care so incredibly much about their jobs, and it shows. Small class sizes, free coffee and snacks!
