Cute video.  Anybody with kids will appreciate this :-)

Mom's commentary taken from the original page:

"After I filmed it we had a VERY long talk about the difference between telling the truth and not telling the truth. He has an amazing imagination and loves to tell us stories. I saw this as a sweet moment, something that every child goes through...where they try to push the boundaries to see how far they can go. And I thought I'd share it with my friends and family. And apparently, the world seems to enjoy it, too. We are currently working on the difference, and he is doing really well. :)

I am a home care agreement customer, and as such, have two inspections done each year. During the last inspection the technician (Kevin) discovered a frozen TXV inside and a too-hot-to-touch compressor outside. Knowing a replacement would be costly, Kevin did everything he could to get that unit back up and running. After almost three hours, and several calls for second and third opinions, he managed to get it back briefly, but in the end, determined the TXV was bad and unit needed replacing. I've seen several posts implying the technicians are trained to be salesmen, and while several items were mentioned as needing replacement, I never felt it was being forced on me. I've also seen several posts concerning the cost. Can't argue there. The costs are a bit high, but the HCA does offer discounts and the inspections are free, so I have to believe it all works out in the end. Kevin was at my house for almost five hours performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC inspections/repairs and it didn't cost me a dime. I am very satisfied with this company. I've a couple cases of sticker shock over the past several years, but have not yet come across a technician I felt didn't know what he/she was talking about, and they have all been very pleasant.
