Narragansett Real Estate Market January 2017 Update

Neither rain or sleet or wind and cold will slow the home buyers down in this market this month. Home sales up 36% over the prior month. It is all about the ocean and beach environment here and sellers know they hold the cards on selling their home. Two oceanfront homes sold this month over $1 million.
