I was pleased with this Hyatt. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed: comfortable beds, plenty of counter space in the bathroom, tastefully decorated. Wifi and breakfast are not included in the rate, which irked us; why nickel and dime patrons at the expense of their experience? It's worth noting that the elevators are painfully slow and you may be walking down several long hallways before finally making it to your room. The location is fairly central and convenient. We were in and out for a work trip and didn't get to take advantage of the area, though I did like staying near Fisherman's Wharf far better than the Union Square area.

Top floor rooms facing the city have a gorgeous view. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The Bell Staff and Concierge are very courteous and professional. The Trolley station was right outside the room and it was a great view to people watch.

Great location, great service, great experience! We've stayed at a lot of Hyatts over the years and the Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf measures up to the quality you would expect from Hyatt. The location is choice and the rooms and facilities are clean and well kept. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the concierge knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality hotel in the perfect location in San Francisco. Thank you, Hyatt, for another great vacation!

A nice, but expensive hotel in the Fisherman's Wharf area. It has great service, nice rooms, and a nice outdoor heated pool with a hot tub. Also, a good restaurant, Knuckles at the Wharf right next to it. I don't particularly like the walk from the hotel to Pier 39, though. Lots of homeless people and shack stores. I would actually recommended staying at a hotel in the Downtown/ Union Square area which seems a lot nicer.

Excellent location, great facilities, a very worthwhile place to stay. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, rooms were beautiful with large bathrooms. Very expensive valet parking and nobody was around to take our car when we arrived late at night. Still it was a great stay. Breakfast was fantastic two out of three mornings... order the banana french toast, it is legendary. But skip the salmon, which was bland, and our waitress the third morning was baffled when I ordered off of the menu and we didn't want the buffet. Small gym, but ample. And we were treated well. The place is spotless and overall it's a 4/5 in our book.

Excellent Hotel, best location, great service. Our stay here was just awesome, would recommend this hotel. Had a mix up caused by travel agent and staff helped correct this and were very understanding, all went out of their way to help set things right. Unfortuanatly I did not get the name of the young fellow who helped us out the most, I have been and stayed at a lot of hotels, this young man made us feel welcome, (even though we had a problem and were upset with our booking agent) He went out of his way and was helpful thru out our stay. Great job! Only complaint would be the breakfast kinda boring, no real changes from day to day, so we got tired of it and did not use it much. But this hotel is just around the corner from the Dennys, which was open 24 hrs, so all was good on the food issues as we got in late most evenings.
