Definitely the kind of Mexican establishment I know and love: nothing fancy but just delicious and affordable. The migas, as many have mentioned, were delicious. I also really enjoyed the potato egg and cheese taco as well. The refried beans were decent - not the best I've had but better than average. The staff was also especially friendly - will definitely come back again!

Migas bland and boring. Service ok. Too expensive. 1x$ is a lie!

I discovered Cisco's when I was in college in the 80's and have been coming back ever since. I drive in from Houston to have their migas. They also have the best biscuits also!

Great place for breakfast near downtown. The migas tacos are cheap and terrific. If you ask for extra salsa it's no problem. The staff are friendly and the restaurant has a comfortable feel to it.

Just to be clear, this place is a diner. Do not go into Cisco's expecting amazing service, gorgeous decor and furniture, or any of that fancy nonsense. This place is a d.i.n.e.r. If you can get over all that, then expect amazingness! The food is wonderful and the staff is very friendly (they just aren't going to wait on you hand and foot). Everything is very affordable, and the portions are huge! (not my thing but I know some people really appreciate that). They also have great daily specials! Cisco's is a perfect place for lunch or brunch during the work week.

Legit East Austin, locally-owned and run, Mexican diner. Migas plate is amaze. As always, you know how good a Mexican restaurant is by their chips and salsa and this place doesn't disappoint.I absolutely love Ciscos, it's an Austin institution
