After seeing that Google rated this place a 4.1 I was anticipating dinner at this so called farm to table restaurant at Greenport. It was a dissppointing experience. The food first of all did not taste fresh. And the dishes were all seasoned horribly. Tuna tartare tasted like cheap take out. Pork Belly, extremely dry and overly seasoned... How do you dry out pork belly ... It's not possible! I believe that they did not serve true pork belly as the meat was way too lean. Calamari, the portion was tiny. As if they served us left over from another person's table. Also... They added a ton of honey making the calamari too sweet. The worst part was the so called fresh oysters. But the truly disappointing dish was the Duck Confit. After waiting and waiting the mains finally came. I couldn't taste a thing... The duck was SO BLAND! ...

Food was great. Perfect temperature, too you could actually eat your food when it came out no tongue burning. The service was fantastic as well. I had the shrimp and grits with smoked chedder and andouille sausage. My husband had the black angus burger both wonderful.

Was happy to find out that restaurant week menu was extended tonight - and it was delicious - Arugula salad, Risotto with spring vegetables and Panna cotta with berries and toasted almonds was my choice - and it was all exceptional and cooked to perfection. Thanks Noah!

The Long Island calm chowder was delicious, but more than a "little cream". The seafood was extremely fresh, we had oysters, the PEI mussels and Jambalaya, which was made to order. Can't wait to come back.

Noah's is a restaurant, in the heart of Greenport, fit to be in NYC. During my visit, there had been a power outage and they needed to restart the kitchen. Although I completely understood and had no problem with it, the manager apologized and treated us to a round of drinks at the bar while we wait. The cucumber margarita was refreshing especially since it was a hot day. I had the lobster roll which came with a side of fries and slices of pickles. The lobster, itself, had great flavor, but felt the roll was too toasted. To be fair, I prefer untoasted. I felt that it was missing a buttery taste but the server brought butter on the side. The restaurant is well lit and has a nice atmosphere. Although it was a busy night, the noise was at a comfortable level. From the food, to the exceptional service, it was more than enough to make me leave satisfied.
