Reliable good time for holidays and special occasions. Great fireworks display for New Years. Have sampled many delicious restaurants at the Quarter and have indulged my love of disco at Boogie Nights, theit retro club. Parking is 10 bucks at the highest, which is awesome for this area local. Honestly, my go-to casino for a good time in AC.

I always love my visits to the Tropicana! the ur room for the price is very nice and the view is always beautiful from the top floors. The location is perfect considering you don't need to.leave to have it all! My only problem is that we are always in a non smoking room/floor but we can ALWAYS smell cigarettes and marijuana on our floors. It bothers my allergies but then again our room is ALWAYS worth the price... So you win some.... You loose some

I DO NOT recommend this establishment for quality time with mature friends and family. My Wife, Sister and I visited the shops, restaurants and casino to meet with some business associates to celebrate a partners birthday. Before meeting, the three of us had a very nice dinner at PF Changs and then walked the shops and casino floor awaiting our companies arrival. During this time we were surrounded by group after group of disrespectful groups of men making sexual comments to my wife and sister who were dressed very reserved and respectable. After the 15th or so indecent of a variety of advances without shame from these lower class individuals, regretfully we had to leave and miss out on our planned celebration. Walking your floors made my wife, sister, and myself feel very uncomfortable and threatened in a way that can be compared to walking them threw the halls of an all male prison. I am very disappointed in the class of people that are roaming around but most of all the lack of security found. We left by 10:00 P.M. so this can not be argued with the time of night we visited. Due to this past Saturday nights events we, my company, and myself will no longer hold any events at your location. Please servery to clean up your establishment. Very sad, as this once was our "go-to" spot.

There is a condescending English guy named Mark at the check in desk. He likes to speak down to guests, and told me "if I didn't need this job, I'd react much differently to you". Customer service at its best, in the form of impatient personnel who are much more interested in making threats than working with customers to resolve a problem. Otherwise, the stay was pretty good. Mark is the sole reason that I am not leaving a five star review. Take note Tropicana, that one of your employees reduced an otherwise stellar visit into a mediocre one. 2 days were ruined by a five minute conversation with quite possibly the nastiest man in Atlantic City.

Love this Resort. This has to be the best all around hotel in Atlantic City. The Quarter they have is packed with such a great variety of clubs and lounges that we never had to leave the building. Seriously, they have restaurants, comedy, karaoke, live bands, night clubs and shows. We went gambling and the girls headed over to the Show for a few hours and then we met them to head over to the Comedy club and then over to Boogie Nights night club. It was a fun and well rounded night without having to cab it around town.

The room was clean however the ac had no middle ground. It was either super hot or super cool. I believe the manual controls were broken. Lots of restaurants and shops in the hotel. Very convenient, very close to the outlet mall area as well as being right next to boardwalk. Enjoyable experience

In my opinion this is one of the worst casino's in AC. Full of smokers. Non-smoking section not labeled. Recently when I was there a card dealer had to ask a smoker to step away because it was a non-smoking area - however it was right near a smoking area which almost all areas of this casino is. Definitely one of the most smoke filled casinos. Shame on management for allowing this.

I've been to a lot of amazing hotels, this was not one of them. The casino was ok, not many waitresses walking around to take a drink order(not that i drink much), but it would have been nice to order one when i wanted it. The shops werent much to write home about but it was raining out so it was nice to walk around inside and have different places to go in to. Check in was bad, there were about 15 registers with only 3 front desk staff member, so the wait was very long. The restaurants were nice, i think the best part of the stay. The hotel room was not very cozy at all. Pretty old, a little beat down and no carpet. I like carpet and i have never been to a hotel without one but i guess some people would like that. The hotel is pretty big and the map that they give to you really doesn't explain much, so be prepared to walk around and ask a lot of questions. The hotel is on the boardwalk. So thats a plus, but you have to find it. I was not completely dissatisfied with the stay but i do wish it was a little better.

We appreciate your feedback! We're renovating our property and always trying to improve the experience for our guests. We do have a variety of different hotel rooms and towers. Our North Tower rooms were recently fully renovated and we've received great reviews on the new rooms. Some of our rooms have carpets and some do not - we offer a great variety of accommodations to our guests. You're welcome to request specific furnishings at check-in or while making your reservation. We have a bar on our casino floor called 10 North Lounge which serves free casino drinks to players - you can visit the bar and order a drink if you haven't been able to get a hold of a waitress on the casino floor. Thanks again, and I apologize for the inconveniences during your last stay. I hope you have a chance to visit us again and have a better experience.
