Very nice rooms, restaurants and other distractions in the tropicana. I stayed in the West Coast, which was slightly worse than the north, but it was cheaper as well. Each room had 2 size beds and a fairly large bathroom. The rooms were clean and the restaurants were nice. Anthem (one of the bars/clubs) was great and I would recommend going there. Only complaint would be the cost of food, but what can you expect from a casino?

I was in the newer tower non smoking. The room was very big, beds were comfortable ..in fact I would have taken it home....great view and the shampoo and conditioner were great. There were some smokers hanging out by the ice machine that caused the room to smells slightly

Only one area of the hotels in this casino are clean they save those rooms for high rollers. There's some shopping to do in Tropicana but not what you might NEED.. For that u need the tanger outlets. But the resteraunts are ok food is ok, employees are kind. There's right on the boardwalk. Pool needs some love but overall a good place to stay

The room itself was small for the price. However it was very clean and looked presentable. The best feture of Tropicana is that it is a little city. It have everything you would need. It worked out perfectly, it was a miserable day out when staying there but as soon as I arive you had no idea and we're emerst into the Tropicana atmosphere. I would love to go back but it can only be a once in a while event due to cost.

I arrived late and was able to check in at almost midnight. However they do not allow the hotel checkin to give you new reward cards if you need them. They used to do it and it was so convenient. I ended up gambling without using my rewards card because it wouldn't work in any of the machines. Very frustrating. Overall I did enjoy the beautiful room and view

I stayed in the North Tower. My room was very clean with updated decor. The bathroom was spacious. Tropicana is one of the nicer hotels on the strip. There are plenty of restaurants and places to get a cocktail. The casino floor has a good variety of slot machines, my favorites being Clue and Britney Spears. I even scored a few bottles of wine when I checked the comps on my players card. Tropicana is the hotel I go back to when I visit Atlantic City.

We attended two events at the Tropicana related to restaurants and culinary students this spring. Both events were lively and held in spacious, comfortable ball rooms. The servers and students were polite, the food was excellent, and our time there was generally engaging. Overall a pleasant experience.

I booked the hotel on April 21. I called them a told them we are coming from VA so we wont be able to check in today..please move my reservation for tomorrow check in. When i get there on April 22 the front desk person first of all was straight up rude and told me my reservation has been cancelled. OK She took 20 min to get me back in system. When i went into the room it smells straight up WEED and the toilet was leaking. Next i paid in cash and specifically told them DONOT CHARGE MY CARD. we checkout after 30min of checking in because of the worst customer service. I brought my brother for his bachelors party because he always stay here. They charge my credit card even i paid in cash. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
