First thing I noticed about this hotel is that it is HUGE. Being a first time visitor to hotel and AC first challenge I faced was to find hotel parking and it is a fixed amount paid parking. So that was a bit negative side of it. After that everything was just awesome !!! Lot of restaurants, eating options in market place, night club, casino all under one roof ....what else do we want. We stayed in Havana Tower twin bed room it had a partial view of ocean and full view of AC which was great from 35 floor. Other than a microwave room had everything we needed and was very spacious. Hotel is on Boardwalk ....parking is on the back side of hotel. Beach in front of the hotel is good and easily accessible we even took our stroller to beach. Boardwalk between Tropicana and Trump Taj is most happening section and would recommend to stay around here.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel over all was OK , nothing special about it. The night was so much fun. I really enjoyed the DJ, he definitely knew what he was doing.

We stopped into the Tropicana Casino after spending time at a competing venue for live music. This locale was relatively quiet in comparison, and our eardrums needed a little rest. Pretty, inspiring lobby leads to a very vintage-looking casino floor. Old-school colors on the carpet, faded faces sinking into the slot machines(although this is at pretty much every casino). Although it had a cute little mini mall built in that was nice to walk though, I was glad to find that.

The Tropicana is a perfect place if you want a typical Atlantic City casino resort experience. It has everything: food, bars, clubs, shopping, tanning roof, pool, IMAX, casino, arcade, etc. The place is HUGE and the decor is really fun, Havana themed. We stayed in the North Tower which has been recently renovated and the room was huge! It's right on the boardwalk so you are right in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our stay, even on a Monday night when things are quieter than on the weekend.

This casino and resort staff is very rude. The front desk people not friendly or not helpful. The room was very bad the bed mattress was keep on making noise every time you move it was like it was falling apart. This Resort should not be called a resort this should be called the Tropicana Casino and party because it's not a place that you can relax or take a kids or family too. They should have different Towers for people that want to party and people that wants to relax. My best recommendation to anybody is to stay away from Tropicana Casino even though they have many restaurants and other entertainment not worth to stay the night there. This Resort does not even deserve a one-star.

I had a comp available. I was expecting to get something I had never seen before. But, the room is dated, tv had a section missing so I could on see part of ahows. The nicest part was the shower. Just plain Jane and nothing different or exciting. I was a little disappointed. The views were nice and downstairs the quarter and casino floor was beautiful. Self parking is confusing. No carts for you luggage and be prepared to walk a long while with luggage to check in. Casino/hotel cold use maps. Very different to figure out where to get to.

Got there at 3:30 pm with checking opening at 4 pm. I went to the desk to tell them I was early but they said to come back at 4:30 so the rooms could be cleaned. Returned at 4:30 pm and was told to come back at 5 pm since rooms were still not clean. I asked to be switched to one that was already cleaned and was told there was none. When I finally got to the room, the floor was uncarpetted and still dirty. Room and bed were small. Very small tv and just an uncomfortable feeling. Would not return. We were placed on the West Tower. Not sure if that makes a difference in room type.

Stayed here for a couple of days on vacation. Really liked it. Thought it was one of the best options on the boardwalk. It has a lot of shops, restaurants, and things to do in the hotel/casino. Outside they have a stand which sells chairs and umbrellas which make it easy when you don't have those things.
