The room was very nice and clean. The hotel over all was OK , nothing special about it. The night was so much fun. I really enjoyed the DJ, he definitely knew what he was doing.

This casino and resort staff is very rude. The front desk people not friendly or not helpful. The room was very bad the bed mattress was keep on making noise every time you move it was like it was falling apart. This Resort should not be called a resort this should be called the Tropicana Casino and party because it's not a place that you can relax or take a kids or family too. They should have different Towers for people that want to party and people that wants to relax. My best recommendation to anybody is to stay away from Tropicana Casino even though they have many restaurants and other entertainment not worth to stay the night there. This Resort does not even deserve a one-star.

We stayed in the west wing, we got to the room had to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. There was feces all over the bowl. The counters in the bathroom were filthy, the room overall was DISGUSTING, I will never recommend this place to anyone. Really sad the lobby is so nice and clean the room smelled so bad of smoke. I paid for a room that I did not even sleep in my son and I slept in the car, I refused to even put my bag in that room. Never ever again.

This is our second time to Atlantic City. First time we stayed at Ceasars and were given 1st class treatment from the time we walked in until the time we left. Tropicana will never get another dollar from me, or referral!!! Found a dirty sock in my bed,was not ours, tried to complain was told there wasnt anyone available, was in the casino and was treated rudely by a waitress...then to top it off..I put the DO NOT DISTURB sign in my room door, only to come back to the hosekeeper in my room. Told her I didn't need service, and she still came in the room again!!! 1st,second, and THIRD...TROPICANA IS OUT!!! I will book at Ceasar or anywhere else than here!!!

The Tropicana is a perfect place if you want a typical Atlantic City casino resort experience. It has everything: food, bars, clubs, shopping, tanning roof, pool, IMAX, casino, arcade, etc. The place is HUGE and the decor is really fun, Havana themed. We stayed in the North Tower which has been recently renovated and the room was huge! It's right on the boardwalk so you are right in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our stay, even on a Monday night when things are quieter than on the weekend.

Love the Tropicana Casino had the best firework show I've ever seen yet last weekend. The only problem was on a Saturday night waitresses were scarce I think I saw one waitress within a five hour period. Also the seaside diner within the trop had awful service. And The Veranda restaurant overcharged us for an item and because they already rang it up they could not fix their error so they sent us home with a piece of cheesecake that did not make up for their error and it was disgusting. One of the dinners was also awful and had to be sent back.

I am very disappointed. My first stay and my last. August 21st and 22nd 2016. I was on a over night bus trip. 25 of us. Our luggage was lost for hours. We could not change to enjoy beach. Then we played phone tag for a hour and a half and had to stay in our room to get the luggage thing fixed. Due to one of us had medicine in the luggage that was needed. So much of our time was wasted due to this. Even missed the show due to this. Then at bed time. My daughter and her friend in another room went to go to bed an they had dried fresh blood stains on their sheets and pillow case. How very very gross. Staff came to change the sheets and as he was making the bed, he had to take them right back off due to the sheets were dirty. He just took them off cart and unfolded them. Beds and laundry are clearly not being changed or done. Beds just get made back up and laundry folded dirty. The rooms echo very bad due to no carpet. Rooms are to plain. No dressers or shelfs in restrooms . Sinks are full of the linens. No hotel info in rooms for room service or other stuff. No list on phone for services. Shower head was clogged up with residue. All of our showers whistled very loudly when used and hurt your ears due to water pressure. Many many staff was very rude. Especially the staff at the bus check in. We was the only bus that came in. We had a couple of slower people on our bus. They was very pushy and rushed everyone at the window. Only so they could sit back down and chat about personal life and we could hear it. The Market place buffet was very good food but again the staff that takes the money and the one that seated us very rude. Very confusing to get around. Need many more visible signs to direct you. Alot of shops tho and things to do. Bottom line. I was on a mini vacation. We had our time wasted. Treated rude. Rooms nasty. Rushed around. We spend more of our time and money in other places due to this horrible time. Very disappointed.

Not a bad room. But if you're going to the nightclub it's a ripoff. Some guys djs and plays pitbulls greatest hit essentially. If he's really passionate about Djing then God bless but I gotta think they just wanna play music and rip u off to pay a pricey cover and also buy crazy expensive drinks. GO GAMBLE DONT TRY TO CLUB THE DJS ARE TRASH AND JUST CARE ABOUT THE PAYCHECK
