Great place. Awesome interior decor. Had a great time. Comfy king bed and huge bathroom. Great breakfast place across from Hooters, go for the tables outside and eat right on the Boardwalk. I'm very satisfied .

I hate casinos. I like the Tropicana. Right on the boardwalk and the beach. Tons to do that is not gambling or shopping for worthless crap. The food on the boardwalk is much more reasonable than the hotels. Tropicana has pretty sparse but nice and clean rooms. The hallways are pretty clean. Employees were all nice when you treat them NICELY! I am always amazed by people who think they can start off with a bad attitude and people will want to help them. The pools at the Tropicana are old and small. But why not go to the beach, which is AWESOME! This place isn't modern luxury.... but it's fun and a nice stay.

We stayed in Atlantic City a month ago for a bachelorette party and had a pretty amazing time. We love Tropicana and our original experience was coming here last year for another bachelorette party and seeing the Savage Men Male Strip Show which was one of the highlights of the entire trip. The bride wanted to see the male strippers again so we booked a few rooms but later found out they moved the Savages to Ballys which was not bad but we didn't really want to walk around late at night. There was a lot of new restaurants and bars at Tropicana that we did not see the last time and really wanted to explore but again the bachelorette wanted to get to the savage show early. The new club was pretty impressive and production quality of the show was off the hook, way better then what we had seen prior. The male dancers also were stunning and just what the bachelorette needed for her last night out. The festivities didn't end after the strip show because they give you free drinks and free passes to a handful of clubs in the area. It was really cool to go club hopping and not have to spend a fortune. We LOVED hanging out with the savages after the show and it seemed like they were our hot brothers. Very respectful and polite. We strolled back to Tropicana by 3am and crashed.

We had fun at this hotel. We liked the fact that we could walk through the mall, which was attached to the hotel. Some of the stores are opened late. There are several good restaurants for lunch and dinner in the mall. There is a huge parking lot attached to the hotel. Some of the parking is valet parking. There is a large casino, which is opened 24 hours a day. There are lots of bars and shows. The rooms are neglected. The furniture was old. The carpeting was ugh. For the price, the accommodations are not worth the money. There is an indoor pool and whirl pool. It was okay. Overall, the hotel was okay. The staff was not friendly or helpful.

I just stayed in Tropicana the week of 4th of July for 3 nights with my mother and my 11yr son. I must say the room was really nice great view. I was on the 48th floor in the West Tower and had a board walk and beach view from my room. Which I loved. I use to stay in Tropicana whenever I went to AC but stop staying there because the rooms where starting to look run down and start staying at the Hilton casino. Which changed to Atlantic casino club which is now close. So I said I would give Tropicana another shot I am glad that I did. The shops and the places to eat are amazing. I personally on my stay got pretty nice service. I guess if I need to say something negetive is that the room didn't have dresser in the room which seemed a little strange but again it was a great room. I go to AC every year I come up from ATL. I stay in NY because that is where I'm from and then go to AC. I will surely stay in Tropicana again and with my fingers crossed I hope I get a nice room again.See you next yeat Tropicana.

There's more to do at the Trop than anywhere else on the boardwalk. The Quarter is fantastic, and filled with your typical overpriced shopping options, but the restaurant and lounge choices are what make the Trop the best on the boardwalk. PF Chang's, Ri Ra, Cuba Libre, Carmine's, and Broadway Burger are all fantastic to name a few. Nightlife is excellent; 2 mainstream nightclubs, not to mention almost every restaurant and lounge basically turn into clubs as well in the latenight. Everything is well themed, and the casino is very nice for its size. As a South Jersey local, I haven't had the chance to stay overnight just yet, but that is inevitable. From what I've seen online, or heard from friends and family, the hotel has a lot of different lodging options, but the rooms are relatively outdated in decor, but apparently still very cozy and clean despite that minor short coming. The other great thing is the parking and IMAX, which go hand in hand because parking is cheap to start with, and being an IMAX guest already takes $5 off the original $10 parking fee. The Marketplace is also nice, but far more casual and just not as interesting, but it's good to have so many options regardless.

Thanks for sharing such positive feedback! And I think you'll be happy to hear that we are renovating our North Tower rooms at the end of the year. :-) Hope to see you again soon!
