An SEO, a CTO and a CMO walk into a bar. Stop me if you've heard this...
Introduction

I spent the last 10 years as an “intrepreneur” within one of the largest performance marketing agencies in the world.  I led the design and build out of the US SEO practice and then helped scale it across the globe.  My successes led to multiple promotions and ultimately, the role of US President.

One of my biggest accomplishments was breaking down the silos in a 15 year-old company that had become set in its ways – I led the organization through the transformation to a matrix structure of integrated practices and functions.  The marketplace demanded more integrated solutions and these changes drove higher client engagement and organic growth.  We developed a culture of high performance standards, innovation and passion for solving our clients’ biggest problems.

Our agency was rated one of the “Best Places to Work” by several organizations including AdAge.  We grew 31% in revenue and increased profitability by 40% during my time as the US President.

As a leader, I’ve learned by doing.  I don’t fear failure – I fear inaction.  When things go right I celebrate with my teams, and when they don’t, we learn together and quickly move on with another approach.

I’m passionate about turning visions into reality by leading teams to design and execute the unsexy details of making something work well.  I challenge teams to collaborate and work together towards a common goal.  I challenge them to go beyond their own understanding of what’s possible and give them full support to get there.   I love big challenges and never give up until the goal is achieved.

But most of all I love life, my wife, my friends and family, and the opportunities the world gives us everyday.

If you're looking to improve your game, love good coaching, and appreciate data and video feedback, then consider joining GolfTec. I've been going for three years now and have dropped 30 strokes off my handicap. My golf pro has been Jack Wilband (who is great) but I hear good things about the entire staff.

Food was just OK but drinks and bartender were fantastic. Try the Frisco cocktail.

On a trip from Chicago I forgot my contracts and was at a loss. I called Eye Vision and they were wonderfully helpful in filling a small order of contacts to get me through the stay. Great service and good karma.

I've been a happy and loyal client of Always There Dental Care for over 15 years. Dr. Scott, Dr. Jeff, Karen, Taylor, Wendell, Alison and the entire team are top notch professionals and human beings. I recommend them to everyone I know.

The course is open, forgiving, and great for higher handicappers. A round is about $25- a great value in the city

We came here from a Celebrity cruise ship in the hope to get treatment for my wife's mid-vacation toothache. Even thought they were fully booked, they got her in and were able to perform a first stage root canaland provide her with a temporary filling. Excellent service and fine dentistry at an affordable price. Highly recommended for the foreign traveler.
