An SEO, a CTO and a CMO walk into a bar. Stop me if you've heard this...
Introduction

I spent the last 10 years as an “intrepreneur” within one of the largest performance marketing agencies in the world.  I led the design and build out of the US SEO practice and then helped scale it across the globe.  My successes led to multiple promotions and ultimately, the role of US President.

One of my biggest accomplishments was breaking down the silos in a 15 year-old company that had become set in its ways – I led the organization through the transformation to a matrix structure of integrated practices and functions.  The marketplace demanded more integrated solutions and these changes drove higher client engagement and organic growth.  We developed a culture of high performance standards, innovation and passion for solving our clients’ biggest problems.

Our agency was rated one of the “Best Places to Work” by several organizations including AdAge.  We grew 31% in revenue and increased profitability by 40% during my time as the US President.

As a leader, I’ve learned by doing.  I don’t fear failure – I fear inaction.  When things go right I celebrate with my teams, and when they don’t, we learn together and quickly move on with another approach.

I’m passionate about turning visions into reality by leading teams to design and execute the unsexy details of making something work well.  I challenge teams to collaborate and work together towards a common goal.  I challenge them to go beyond their own understanding of what’s possible and give them full support to get there.   I love big challenges and never give up until the goal is achieved.

But most of all I love life, my wife, my friends and family, and the opportunities the world gives us everyday.

Amazing Teppan dining hidden in a strip mall. Ask for Hai as your Teppan chef - a real master with his grill and sauces.

Came into NY from Chicago and needed my hair busted. Found this gem on Yelp and glad I did. Robert cuts with great precision and care and you walk away only 20 bucks lighter. Not to mention the hot straight edge neck shave and a shoulder message to help relieve the stress of the day. Great find - I highly recommend these guys if you're from another city or from just around the corner.

You'll be lucky to get a guided tour of Lemon Bay and the Gulf with captain Gerald. A great guy and a nice outfit who also offers reasonable prices and sound boats for rent.
