I have been there twice now and both times have been great. The plates are bigger than 1 person can handle and sooooo very good.

I'm a regular, best bacon anywhere! Love the French toast, they know how to makes eggs right all the different ways, rare. A cowboy diner at its finest.

Callie's Café & Sports Bar. It is a no frills, down-home bar and grill, that serves fair priced, basic food. The best items on the menu are country-fried steak, French toast, French dip - or any meal complemented by brown gravy or hot syrup. Just good food and fair prices.

The killer hash browns were great. Lots of food for a reasonable price and better than Denny's.

Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible service. The waitress did not check in on us once, I had to waive her down every time I needed something. She was in the back laughing and talking and texting in her cell phone the entire time. The food was burned. Minus the burned its good food thick bread, good pancakes, thick bacon but not worth coming back. Also they do not take anything but cash, says right on the menu cause of the cost they have to pay.

A local treasure. It's small and private, with very good food/beverages. Nothing super fancy, but definitely unique, surprisingly very tasty, and a must try. I intend to go more regularly. Better than denny's/ village inn/ and any "fast food" burger place. It has a comfortable, "I'm at home" feel to it. (There is a bar connected to the restaurant in the back, fyi.) I imagine it as a local hangout similar to those described in Nicholas Spark's books.
