Well....Here we go, First, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you get a man named "Rody" He is nothing short of a thief! I hit a deer and was told by him that he wont fix my car unless I pay $1,500 to get something repaired that wasn't even broken, I was also told, that if I want to take my car some where else to get fixed that I would have to pay them to put the car back together and pay for something else i can't remember. In short! My car does not start the same it did before taking it there and he refused to fix what ever mistake he made..They call him SARG!! Whatever that means.....TRUST ME !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! It also took them 3 separate times to just get a headlight fixed!!! Trust me people, I am not a hard person to get a long with...these people are just thieves!!! Oh, by the way for some reason this place has two different names. I went to Gerber collision I might just be suing these people shortly!

The insurance company of the person who rear-ended my car wanted me to take it to a Progressive garage, assuring me I'd be happy with the result. We've taken vehicles to Liotus Collision Center, and have always been more than satisfied, so Liotus was my choice. Mike repaired my car to like-new condition, faster than I expected!! I have only great things to say about George and his team!!

Being one who expects nothing but the best from professionals, I have to say I have not experienced this level of customer satisfaction from many other places I've worked with in the past. Firstly, this place offered the most reasonable price repairing my van's scratch. $350 vs $800 at alternative repair shops. Secondly, they were very gracious in accommodating my need of picking up my car as well as dropping it back off since I couldn't get out with my three little kids. They were so flexible with billing me too-- just paid over the phone. Truly impressed with the high standard of customer service this place offers. If I had to have body work again it would be a pleasure to return...but hopefully I won't have to :) Recommended with confidence.

My insurance company directed me to Liotus after I filed a claim. I was so pleased with the service and the finished product that I felt compelled to positively endorse Liotus. I had an irregular dent with scratched paint on the driver's door of my brand new Honda Pilot. I was worried that a body shop would not be able to pull the dent out due to its shape. And the paint, well its a strange color Honda calls Bali Blue which in different lights looks green --so I was naturally concerned that a body shop would not be able to match the paint quality. The staff at Liotus was courteous. The manager (possible owner), surveyed my damage and gave me a quote within 20 minutes. He said it would take 3 days to perform the repairs. I dropped the Pilot off on a Monday afternoon and it was ready on Thursday morning. I'm a military officer that surveys damage as a part of my regular duties. Considering my attention to detail and the fact that my vehicle was so new that I didn't even have my license plate yet.... I was very meticulous when I examined the repairs. I was blown away... I looked for possible surface and paint imperfections; none found. I spent time talking to their manager, he was genuinely nice. He promised I would be satisfied; he was right.
