Looks like someone's been to their local Autospense.

Cool bracelet, btw.

Some assembly required, eh. We're Linux users, so naturally we're all good at developing software... Pfft.

There's an SDK for the Google Drive API including Python & Java examples... -> https://developers.google.com/drive/examples/index

The point of concentration is we got marginalized. We're second rate. Not important enough for launch day.

Unacceptable.

I'm beginning to wonder how much of this lack of support for Linux revolves around their ability to advertise... This could be seen as a business move. Windows and iOS both have plenty of ways to advertise... But the Linux guys are all around much more likely to avoid advertisement-related traffic. This is why I love Linux so much... Less advertisements!

Now I know what they mean with this pic, and I agree. Just trying to argue both sides here.

Ever sat back and wondered exactly how Google makes their billions of dollars every year? Advertising, right? That seems to be the common answer. But what ads? I dont see any ads. I surely dont click on any ads. From what I've seen most people dont like ads either, so they ignore them or block them. Same as me.

So... How is it again, that Google makes billions of dollars each year?

Maybe ya'll are right. Idk. I'll just stick to my ad-removing extensions and stop trying to wake people up.

BTW, http://gmelius.com/ <- this just popped up in my stream. About to give it a go. :D

Funny. My PC, Phone, Tablet, School, and also my life all revolve around Linux, too. I guess we're a bunch of nobodies in the eyes of Google. Oh wait... Google runs most (if not all) their hardware on Linux, too. WTF gives?!

Would have been nice. Chrome took a good long while, if memory serves -- Music Manager, less so...

We're partly there! Someone released a "modified" gDocs plugin for Nautilus that supports Google Drive. Its a dirty fix at best, but its something for now.

Sucks that I, among many others, dont use Nautilus. :/

I still await an official client from Google, but figured I'd share this bit of info.

I hate it when I'm [talking] with someone and its going pretty well up until the point where they basically call me a "know-it-all."

My only response to being called that is "Well, maybe if you closed your mouth and opened your ears you might actually learn a thing or two, too."

edited out the religious bit, because this pretty much applies to anything.
