The WORST hospital I've ever been to! THE WORST!!!! Staff has the worst attitude!!!! They take their sweet time and they look at you as if they were doing you a favor by taking care of you. I went there with my husband who had a kidney stone and right from the beginning the nurse who tried to take his info gave me the dirtiest look ever so I confronted her about it and she of course said she didn't but my husband and I both saw it. And then she called the security because she didn't like the fact that I confronted her. I then got up and went to Northside Hospital which is THE BEST and they took amazing care of my husband and they were quick as well as VERY professional. If I'm gonna spend money paying my bills after words I rather pay to the hospital that offers a great service where I know I won't die before they admit me into the room, not talk about seeing a doctor cuz that takes hours there. I will NEVER return to this hospital.

The WORST hospital i have EVER been in!!!!!! The ER is for Emergency purposes but before they even attempt to help you there you will most likely die from waiting. Stuff is HORRIBLY rude. They act as if they were doing you a favor by taking care of you giving you nasty looks even tho they look as if their 2 year old kid would give them all hair cuts. The hospital is dirty and there is garbage all over the floor but i think that from the whole experience there i would say that the staff is the main reason why it's soon HORRIBLE there. I will NEVER return there!!!

Appreciated the updates while our daughter was in surgery. John, the registered nurse on 4th floor was EXCEPTIONAL! He really went over and above to please. The staff was friendly and nice but John was great. The only negative I have is we could not find our car and there is no security to help two women at night? it was upsetting to be :lost" for 45 minutes and no help! Need security call lamps or something like that.

We've had a fabulous experience here with my 90 year old mother. The staff has been MARVELOUS. Each and every time I had to look for signs to try to find my way, a staff member asked if I needed some help. And twice I was walked to the place I needed. Each member of the teams introduced themselves and told us what role they have. And my mom has been on 4, surgery, icu, and 3. Each and every place was the same. Patient Transport was great. Security team who took me to my car late at night. I can't say enough thank yous to all the staff who have been so good to us.

I am expressing my experience hoping the hospital be changed. I took my wife to check whether she had any fracture on her hip bone since she has osteroposis. The process of seeing doctor took so long and we were bored and exausted by waiting. Two thee X-ray to confirm and discharge took 5 hours. While taking this half day, we noticed hospital cleaness is serious problem. Trash is every corner and rest room was worst. The building is old that I understand, but cleanness in hospital is a must that I can not let it slide. Even staffs appearance were not neat and clean either. Some staffs were bureaucrat that I felt. I hope the hospital management take a look and react to improve.

Very slow, incompetent medical staff. My mother went here with stroke like symptoms. Did an MRI and blood work. Said everything was "fine" and sent her on her way. She followed up with a neurologist who said all the test were done incorrectly and he had to re-do everything again. My 1 year old who had bronchitis was out there for 6 hours before she was seen. On top of that you have to pay for parking. We are from Illinois and I have NEVER seen a hospital where you have to pay for parking until I moved to Georgia.
