Had the pleasure to work with Steve Vikaros at Honda of Danbury. His knowledge and professionalism was well above and beyond what I had received at other dealership. The entire staff was welcoming and kind. Not pushy. I will buy from here again.

If you are like, I check the reviews online before contacting businesses... I looked at the reviews of other local appliance repair and they are no where near the amount of positive reviews that Doug's Appliance has. We actually waited after his winter break to use them. He is as advertised! We had issues with 2 refrigerators he looked at them both and gave HONEST feedback on our options. I felt what he charged for our service call was very reasonable... I have been charged more by others with no where near the expertise and time spent explaining the problem. My wife dealt exclusively with them, trusted him, felt comfortable, and told me when I came home that "We will only be using Doug's Appliance in the future" If you want to get the feeling that you just had good service, and not feeling like your getting scammed by another repair person... Choose Doug's Appliance. I Highly recommend their service! *Just to note, I am not affiliated with Doug's Appliance in any way. I felt the service was so good, that I should share my experience and let others know what a good job they did.*

AWFUL!!! They did an insurance scam on me, and caught them out right scamming over $4,000+. RUN AWAY!!! You get what you pay for with this company. You practically have to show up with lawyers to get them to fix something. The president has lied to my face several times. No one can be trusted. They have a policy for their workers to lie to the customers (they told us so) and say nothing is wrong and to the minimum! Just what we all need, another do the minimum and see if we can get away with it company. Too bad their minimum is not even acceptable. Nothing but scammers! Ask around.

Never coming back! Manager is clueless. We had 2 orders completely wrong. The waitress must have mistaken our "chicken" in our orders as "shrimp." So both an appetizer was wrong and a $40 main course meal. When I spoke the the manager they said they could not refund the food if we had eaten some of it. I said, well it was not what we ordered, we had been waiting 45 mins, and my guest ate around the shrimp because he was hungry... plus we didn't get our appetizer either. She said that's our policy. I said well what if i don't pay for it, because it was not what we ordered? The manager said they would have me ARRESTED.... REALLY? Like I said... there are too many places to eat in the area. Never coming back. Our chicken was over cooked, noodles were cold, my steak was not as I order either if we want to get picky. Our Bill was the biggest waste of $180. A W F U L S T A Y A W A Y ! ! !

Stay away! Check Tim's lawsuits pending, active and past! This guy is a total scam. I have been to a handful of his auctions and have witness first hand him scamming. He nods off to his "workers" to bid on coins and items that are under valued and closes the bids and has his "workers" win! Illegal. I have seen Tim run upstairs during an Estate sale to start an auction on furniture with only 2 people in the room, selling it to them before others (aprox 80 people at this estate auction) and several times would not take my bid for items. HE IS A SCAMMER!!! BEWARE! The other reviews are spot on.
